临床医学研究与实践2023年4月第8卷第12期ClinicaleffectofDanxinJiangtangTongmaicapsulescombinedwithmetforminintreatmentoftype2diabetesmellituscomplicatedwithmildcognitiveimpairmentZHANGJialin1,YUANDandan2*,PEIRuixia1,BAIXiaolin1,SUNDi1,HUANGXueru3(1.EndocrinologyDepartment,Xi'anHospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicine,Xi'an710012;2.NeurologyDepartment,Xi'anCentralHospital,Xi'an710003;3.ShandongUniversityofTraditionalChineseMedicine,Jinan250355,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheclinicaleffectofDanxinJiangtangTongmaicapsulescombinedwithmetforminintreatmentoftype2diabetesmellitus(T2DM)complicatedwithmildcognitiveimpairment(MCI).MethodsAtotalof109patientswithT2DMcomplicatedwithMCIadmittedinourhospitalfromJanuary2020toMarch2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Thepatientsweredividedintocontrolgroup(55cases,metformin)andobservationgroup(54cases,metformin+DanxinJiangtangTongmaicapsules)byenvelopemethod.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAftertreatment,thescoresofMontrealCognitiveAssessmentScale(MoCA)andMini-MentalStateExamination(MMSE)intheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelsoffastingbloodglucose(FBG),glycosylatedhemoglobin(HbA1c),totalcholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG)andlowdensitylipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthelevelofhighdensitylipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)washigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thehomocysteine(Hcy)levelintheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthelevelsofbrain-derivedneurotrophicfactor(BDNF),dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA)andβ-amyloidpeptide1-42/β-amyloidpeptide1-40(Aβ1-42/Aβ1-40)werehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionDanxinJiangtangTongmaicapsulescombinedwithmetformininthetreatmentofT2DMcomplicatedwithMCIcanpromotecognitivefunction,andimprovebloodglucose,bloodlipidindexesandcognitivefunctionrelatedbiochemicalindexes.KEYWORDS:DanxinJiangtangTongmaicapsule;metformin;type2diabe...
