2023年第2期仪表技术与传感器InstrumentTechniqueandSensor2023No.2基金项目:国家金属材料近净成形工程技术研究中心开放基金(2019012)收稿日期:2022-08-31基于物联网的矿井排水自控系统升级改造章盼梅(广州城市理工学院机械工程学院,广东广州510800)摘要:为解决当前矿井排水系统机电设备线路老化、自动化程度低、不能远程控制的难题,开发了一套基于物联网的矿井排水远程控制系统,对原自控系统进行升级改造。改造后的自控系统上位机选用手机APP为监控软件,下位机选用S7-300PLC为中央控制器,现场执行元件由液位计、流量计等组成。系统工作时,PLC采集现场液位计、流量计发送的信号,经PLC内部预设程序处理后发送给智能工业网关RTU;RTU数据处理后,利用5G物联网技术把数据上传到云服务器,手机APP监控软件与云服务器相连,最终实现了设备的远程监控。试运行结果显示,改造后的系统能实时远程监控矿井机电设备,达到了预期的目标。关键词:物联网;矿井;排水系统;PLC;控制系统;升级改造中图分类号:TP272文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-1841(2023)02-0050-04UpgradeandTransformationofMineDrainageAutomaticControlSystemBasedonInternetofThingsZHANGPan-mei(SchoolofMechanicalEngineering,GuangzhouCityUniversityofTechnology,Guangzhou510800,China)Abstract:Inordertosolvetheproblemsofagingelectromechanicalequipmentlines,lowdegreeofautomation,andinabilitytoremotelycontrolthecurrentminedrainagesystem,aremote-controlsystemforminedrainagebasedontheInternetofThingswasdevelopedtoupgradetheoriginalautomaticcontrolsystem.Afterthetransformation,theuppercomputerofthesystemadoptedmobileAPPasthemonitoringsoftware,andthelowercomputeradoptedS7-300PLCasthecentralcontroller,theactuatingele-mentconsistedofliquidlevelmeter,flowmeterandsoon.Whenthesystemwasworking,thePLCcollectedthesignalssentbytheon-sitelevelgaugeandflowmeter,andsentittotheintelligentindustrialgatewayRTUafterbeingprocessedbythePLC’sinter-nalpresetprogram.AftertheRTUprocessedthedata,itusedthe5GInternetofThingstechnologytouploadthedatatothecloudserver.ThemobileAPPmonitoringsoftwarewasconnectedtothecloudserver,andfinallytheremotemonitoringofthedevicewasrealized.Theresultsofthetrialo...
