文章编号:1009−444X(2022)04−0369−09基于分层优化策略的永磁同步电机转子结构多目标优化杨尚明,马其华(上海工程技术大学机械与汽车工程学院,上海201620)摘要:永磁同步电机对转矩输出的平滑性有较高要求.内置式永磁同步电机受齿槽转矩、磁阻转矩脉动、电磁转矩脉动等因素影响,输出转矩脉动相对较大,增加了电磁噪声和输出的不稳定性.基于一台20kW永磁同步电机建立有限元模型,验证模型的准确性.以电机最大输出转矩、最小转矩脉动、最小齿槽转矩为优化目标,对电机转子结构参数进行灵敏度分析,并综合NSGA−Ⅱ算法和单变量参数法进行分层优化.与单层优化相比,分层优化对易受变量影响的目标提升效果更好.声学仿真验证了优化后的转子结构对电磁噪声改善效果显著.关键词:内置式永磁同步电机;多目标优化;参数灵敏度分层;NSGA−Ⅱ算法中图分类号:TM351文献标志码:AMulti-objectiveoptimizationofPMSMrotorstructurebasedonstratifiedoptimizationstrategyYANGShangming,MAQihua(SchoolofMechanicalandAutomotiveEngineering,ShanghaiUniversityofEngineeringScience,Shanghai201620,China)Abstract:Thepermanentmagnetsynchronousmotor(PMSM)hasahighrequirementonthesmoothnessoftorqueoutput.Duetoinfluencesofgroovetorque,reluctancetorquepulsation,electromagnetictorquepulsationandotherfactors,theoutputtorquepulsationoftheinteriorPMSMisrelativelylarge,whichincreaseselectromagneticnoiseandoutputinstability.Afiniteelementmodelwasestablishedbasedona20kWPMSM,andtheaccuracyofthemodelwasverified.Takingthemaximumoutputtorque,theminimumtorquepulsationandtheminimumslottorqueasoptimizationobjectives,thesensitivityanalysisofrotorstructureparameterswascarriedout,andthestratifiedoptimizationwascarriedoutbycombiningNSGA−Ⅱalgorithmandsinglevariableparametermethod.Comparedwithsingle-layeroptimization,stratifiedoptimizationhasabettereffectonthetargetwhichissusceptibletovariables.Theacousticsimulationshowsthattheoptimizedrotorstructurecanimproveelectromagneticnoisesignificantly.Keywords:interiorpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotor(PMSM);multi-objectiveoptimization;parametersensitivestratification;NSGA−Ⅱalgorithm收稿日期:2022−01−12基金项目:国家自然科学...
