心血管病防治知识2023年2月第13卷第4期■护理■基于根因分析法的护理干预在高血压合并左心衰竭患者中的应用分析赵爱莲（山东大学齐鲁医院，山东济南250000）【摘要】目的探讨基于根因分析法的护理干预在高血压合并左心衰竭患者的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年6月期间在山东大学齐鲁医院进行治疗的80例高血压合并左心衰竭患者，按随机数字表法分为两组，对照组40例采用常规护理；观察组40例另加用基于根因分析法的护理干预；对比两组心肌功能、应激反应及恢复时间。结果观察组护理后心肌损伤标志物水平低于对照组，护理开始60min后患者SBP、HR低于对照组，SaO2高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论基于根因分析法的护理干预可降低高血压合并左心衰竭患者心肌损伤程度及应激反应。【关键词】根因分析法；高血压；左心衰竭ApplicationofnursinginterventionbasedonrootcauseanalysisinpatientswithhypertensionandleftheartfailureZHAOAi-lian(QiluHospitalofShandongUniversity,Jinan250000,China)【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigatetheapplicationofnursinginterventionbasedonrootcauseanalysisinpatientswithhypertensionandleftheartfailure.MethodsAtotalof80patientswithhypertensionandleftheartfailurewhoweretreatedinQiluHospitalofShandongUniversityfromJanuary2020toJune2022wereenrolledanddividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupusingarandomnumbertable,with40patientsineachgroup.Thepatientsinthecontrolgroupweregivenroutinenursing,andthoseintheobservationgroupweregivennursingforprotectionagainstcardiogenicstressinadditiontotheroutinenursinginthecontrolgroup.Thetwogroupswerecomparedintermsofmyocardialfunction,stressresponse,andrecoverytime.ResultsComparedwiththecontrolgroup,theobservationgrouphadsignificantlylowerlevelsofmyocardialinjurymarkersafternursing,aswellassignificantlylowersystolicbloodpressureandheartrateandasignificantlyhigherarterialoxygensaturationat60minutesafternursingstarted(P<0.05).Afternursing,theobservationgrouphadsignificantlyloweranxietyanddepressionscoresthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionInpatientswithhypertensionandleftheartfailure,nursinginterventionbasedonroo...
