[33]WANGD,MAG,SONGX,etal.Energypriceslumpandpolicyresponseinthecoal-chemicalindustrydistrict:acasestudyofOrdoswithasystemdynamicsmodel[J].EnergyPolicy,2017,104:325-339.ResearchonsynergisticeffectsofgreendevelopmentelementsinBeijingDAITie-jun,LIRui(SchoolofEconomicsandManagement,BeijingUniversityofTechnology,Beijing100124,China)Abstract:TofindwaystoimprovethegreendevelopmentlevelofBeijing,thepapercombinestheDPSIRmodelandthematerialflowanalysistoevaluatethestatusquoofgreendevelopmentinBeijingscientificallyandcomprehensively,andconstructsasystemdynamicsmodel,composedofeconomy,population,resources,environment,technology,andpolicyelements.Eightschemesaresettostudytheimpactofseparateandcoordinateddevelopmentofdifferentelementsonthegreendevelopmentsystemquantitativelyandtoexplorewhetherthereisasynergisticeffectofmulti-elementcoordination.Itwasfoundthat:(1)GreendevelopmentlevelofBeijingwasgenerallygoodfrom1992to2019,withanaverageannualgrowthrateof0.79%,especiallyafterthe“EleventhFive-YearPlan”period;(2)Underthecurrentstateofdevelopment,from2020to2035,theaverageannualgrowthrateofthegreendevelopmentlevelis1.13%,andthegreendevelopmentlevelimprovessteadily;(3)Inthecaseofindependentdevelopmentofelements,promotingeconomicdevelopment,reducingpopulationsize,reducingresourceconsumption,reducingenvironmentalpollution,strengtheningtechnologicalinnovationandincreasinggovernmentinvestmentwillmaketheaverageannualgrowthrateofthegreendevelopmentlevelofBeijingfrom2020to2035tobe1.14%,1.04%,1.17%,1.14%,1.39%and1.13%,amongwhichthepromotioneffectsofstrengtheningtechnologicalinnovationisthemostsignificant,andreducingpopulationsizeistheleastsignificant;(4)Inthecaseofcoordinateddevelopmentofelements,from2020to2035,theaverageannualgrowthrateofgreendevelopmentlevelis1.47%,andthecoordinateddevelopmentofsixelementswillpromotethegreendevelopmentlevelofBeijingmorethantheindependentdevelopmentofelementswilldo;(5)From2020to2035,thecoordinateddevelopmen...
