临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期临床医学EffectsofmodifiedTESSYStechnologyonwaistmobilityandspinalstabilityinpatientswithlumbardischerniationWUGangwei1,SHILei2*,DUHeng3(1.No.1OrthopaedicsDepartment,Xi'anCentralHospital,Xi'an710003;2.PainDepartment,Xi'anCentralHospital,Xi'an710003;3.OrthopaedicsDepartment,theFirstAffiliatedHospitalofXi'anJiaotongUniversity,Xi'an710003,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectsofmodifiedtransforaminalendoscopicspinesystem(TESSYS)technologyonwaistmobilityandspinalstabilityinpatientswithlumbardischerniation(LDH).MethodsTheclinicaldataof110patientswithLDHadmittedinthepaindepartmentfromFebruary2019toFebruary2022wereretrospectivelyanalyzed.Accordingtodifferentoperationmethods,allpatientsweredividedintocontrolgroupandstudygroup,with55casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithmicroendoscopytechnology,andthestudygroupwastreatedwithmodifiedTESSYStechnology.Thesurgicalindexes,waistmobility,spinalstabilityandlumbarfunctionbeforeandaftersurgerywerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsTheincisionlengthofthestudygroupwassmallerthanthatofthecontrolgroup,thesurgerytime,bedtimeandhospitalstaywereshorterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,andtheintraoperativebloodlosswaslessthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Onemonthaftersurgery,thelumbarcurvature,lumbarflexionrange,posteriorextensionoflumbodorsimuscleandflexor/extensor(F/E)valueofthestudygroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Onemonthaftersurgery,thelumbarlordosisangle,lumbarboneinclinationangle,sagittalplanebalanceandmaxilloeyebrowangleofthestudygroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Threemonthsaftersurgery,theRoland-MorrisDisabilityQuestionnaire(RMQ)andVisualAnalogueScale(VAS)scoresofthestudygroupwerelowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,JapaneseOrthopaedicAssociation(JOA)scorewashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup,rangeofmotion(ROM)wasgreaterthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant...
