《河南水利与南水北调》2023年第2期防汛抗旱宝塔河上段防洪工程设计洪水分析周倩男(太原理工大学建筑设计研究院有限公司,山西太原030024)摘要:以望江县宝塔河上段防洪工程1标段工程为例,选择治理河段内洪水特性关系较为接近的华阳水文站及邻近流域气候条件基本一致,且观测资料系列长、精度高的田详咀气象站为参证站,进行了设计暴雨分析,并应用水文比拟法和雨洪法进行了所在流域设计洪水计算,最终以设计雨洪法的洪峰流量计算成果为参考,以水文比拟法计算成果为设计基准。从而为准确掌握防洪工程设计断面水位流量关系以及防洪工程加固措施的提出、河道防洪标准的提升提供了基本依据。关键词:宝塔河;防洪工程;设计洪水;水文比拟法中图分类号:TV122+.5文献标识码:A文章编号:1673-8853(2023)02-0021-03FloodAnalysisontheFloodControlEngineeringDesignoftheUpperSectionoftheBaotaRiverZHOUQiannan(TaiyuanUniversityofTechnologyArchitecturalDesignandResearchInstituteCO.LTD.,Taiyuan030024,China)Abstract:TakingthefirstsectionoffloodcontrolprojectintheuppersectionofBaotaRiverinWangjiangCountyasanexample,theHuayangHydrologicalStation,whichisclosetothefloodcharacteristicrelationshipintheriverreachundercontrol,andtheTianxiangzuiMeteorologicalStation,whichhasthesameweatherconditionsintheadjacentriverbasin,andalongseriesofobservationdataandhighaccuracy,areselectedasthereferencestation.Itconductthedesignstormanalysis,andthedesignfloodcalculationoftheriverbasiniscarriedoutusingthehydrologicalanalogymethodandtherainfloodmethod.Finallythefloodpeakflowcalculationresultsofthedesignrainfloodmethodaretakenasthereference,andthecalculationresultsofhydrologicalanalogymethodshallbetakenasthedesignbasis.Thus,itprovidesthebasicbasisforgraspingtherelationshipbetweenwaterlevelanddischargeindesignsectionoffloodcontrolproject,theproposalofreinforcementmeasuresforfloodcontrolworks,andtheimprovementofriverfloodcontrolstandards.Keywords:BaotaRiver;floodcontrolproject;designflood;hydrologicanalogymethod1流域概况望江县宝塔河上段防洪工程1标段所在望江县太慈镇宝塔河流域河段全长162km,集水面积3164km2,其中,1标段治理起点断面集水面积312km2,主河道...
