第2期PreparationandpropertiesofsiliconerubberthermalinsulationcompositesZENGSheng-qu,CHENXiang,LUOPiao-hui（SchoolofMaterialsScienceandEngineering,HunanInstituteofTechnology,Hengyang421002,China）Abstract:Hollowglassbead(HGB)/hightempe-raturevulcanizedsiliconerubber(HTV)andexpan-dedvermiculite(EVMT)/HTVthermalinsulationcompositeswerepreparedusingHGBandEVMTasthermalinsulationfillersblendedwithHTV,re-spectively.Theeffectsoftypeandamountofther-malinsulationfillersonthethermalinsulationandmechanicalpropertiesofthermalinsulationcom-positeswereinvestigated.TheresultsshowedthatwiththeincreasingamountofHGBandEVMT,thethermalconductivityofthethermalinsulationcom-positedecreasedobviously.ComparedwithHTV,whenthemassratioofHGBtoHTVwas20/100andthemassratioofEVMTtoHTVwas10/100,thethermalconductivityofthethermalinsulationcompositesdecreasedby20.44%and12.34%,respectively.BothHGBandEVMTcouldimprovethemodulusat100%andShoreAhardnessofHTVthermalinsulationcomposites,andreduceitstensilestrengthandelongationatbreak.WhenthemassratioofHGBtoHTVwas20/100,andthemassratioofEVMTtoHTVwas10/100,thetensilestrengthofthethermalinsulationcompositewere10.51MPaand11.59MPa,andShoreAhardnesswere71.6and59.1,respectively.Keywords:siliconerubber;heatinsulationper-formance;hollowglassbead;expandedvermiculite;composite;mechanicalproperty国内简讯··2023年我国轮胎出口情况据中国橡胶网3月28日报道，我国轮胎2023年2月出口量同比大增，出口均价上涨，带动前两个月轮胎外贸实现了开门红。2023年2月，我国橡胶轮胎出口总量为570kt，环比减少70kt，同比增加27%；出口金额达100.38亿元，同比增长33.5%，出口均价同比保持上涨趋势。2月，新的充气橡胶轮胎出口量为560t，环比减少60kt，同比增长28.3%；出口金额为97.31亿元，同比增长35%。按条数计算，2月新的充气橡胶轮胎出口量为3925万条，环比减少759万条，同比增长12.8%。2023年1-2月，我国橡胶轮胎累计出口量为1220kt，同比增长7.1%；出口金额为215.02亿元，同比增长16.1%。新的充气橡胶轮胎累计出口1180kt，增长8%；出口金额为207.02亿元，增长17.2%。按条数计算，1-2月累计出口新的充气橡胶轮胎8609万条，同比下降4.4%。曾盛渠等.硅橡胶隔热复合材料的制备及性能123··
