-103-经鼻腔由支气管镜引导下行气管插管术护理体会李琳陈丹（广西壮族自治区工人医院，广西南宁530213）【摘要】目的：探讨经鼻腔由支气管镜引导下行气管插管术护理体会。方法：2020年6月至2021年12月，选取155名经鼻腔由支气管镜引导下行气管插管术患者为研究对象，对行经鼻腔行由支气管镜引导下气管插管术的用物准备及护理配合进行总结分析。结果：经鼻腔由支气管镜引导下行气管插管成功152例，转为经口腔由支气管镜引导下气管插管术2例，行气管切开术1例。结论：经鼻腔行支气管镜引导下行气管插管术能够迅速建立有效、安全的人工气道，是抢救和复苏成功的重要环节，经鼻腔支气管镜引导下气管插管术可迅速连接呼吸机或建议呼吸器辅助呼吸，迅速改善患者肺通气，提高患者的氧分压；在插管过程中用物的准备、护理的配合尤其重要，是插管成功的关键之一，极大缩短了插管的时间，增加了患者的治疗依从性，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】鼻腔；支气管镜；气管插管术；护理体会【中图分类号】R473【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1008-1151(2022)12-0103-04NursingExperienceofEndotrachealIntubationGuidedbyBronchoscopethroughNasalCavityAbstract:Objective:ToexplorethenursingexperienceofendotrachealintubationguidedbybronchoscopethroughnasalcavityMethods:FromJune2020toDecember2021,155patientswhounderwentendotrachealintubationguidedbybronchoscopethroughnasalcavitywereselectedastheresearchobjects,andthematerialpreparationandnursingcoordinationofthepatientswhounderwentendotrachealintubationundertheguidanceofbronchoscopethroughthenasalcavityweresummarizedandanalyzed.Results:152casesweresuccessfullyintubatedthroughnasalcavityundertheguidanceofbronchoscope,2casesweresuccessfullyintubatedthroughoralcavityundertheguidanceofbronchoscope,and1caseunderwenttracheotomy.Conclusion:Endotrachealintubationundertheguidanceofbronchoscopethroughnasalcavityisanimportantlinkforthesuccessofrescueandresuscitationtoquicklyestablishaneffectiveandsafeartificialairway.Endotrachealintubationundertheguidanceofnasalbronchoscopecanquicklyconnecttheventilatororsuggesttheventilatortoassistbreathing,rapidlyimprovethepulmonaryventilationofpatients,andincreasetheoxygenpartialpressureofpatients...
