www.cnim.cn67TECHNICALEXPLORATION技术探讨中国仪器仪表CHINAINSTRUMENTATION2023年第2期聚酯装置酯化反应器液位测量LevelMeasuringinEsterificationReactorofPolyesterProcess李娟（中国昆仑工程有限公司，北京100037）LiJuan(ChinaKunLunContracting&EngineeringCorp.Beijing100037)摘要：聚酯产业在化工生产中占有重要位置。酯化反应器是聚酯工艺流程中最主要的反应器设备，对其液位的准确、稳定测量关乎聚酯流程的控制品质。通常采用电浮筒液位计和双法兰液位变送器测量酯化反应器的上腔室液位及全反应釜液位，但是两种液位计在实际应用中均存在一些问题。在分析两种液位计在酯化反应器液位测量中所存在问题的基础上，本文介绍了当前在工程实践中使用效果比较好的改进型液位计及液位测量方法。关键词：双法兰液位计吹气式液位计电浮筒液位计酯化反应器液位Abstract：Polyesterindustryplaysanimportantroleinchemicalproduction.Esterificationreactoristhemostimportantequipmentinpolyesterprocess.Accurateandstablemeasurementofitsliquidlevelisrelatedtothecontrolqualityoftheprocess.Floattypelevelmeteranddoubleflangeleveltransmitterareusuallyusedtomeasurethelevelintheupperchamberofesterificationreactorandthelevelinthewholereactor.However,therearesomeproblemsinthepracticalapplicationofthetwolevelgauges.Onthebasisofanalyzingtheexistingproblemsoftwokindsoflevelmetersinthelevelmeasurementofesterificationreactor,theimprovedlevelmetersandlevelmeasurementmethodswithbettereffectinengineeringpracticeareintroduced.Keywords：DoubleflangelevelgaugeBlowtypelevelgaugeFloattypelevelmeterEsterificationreactorlevel收稿日期：2022-08-31作者简介：李娟（1986-），女，学士，工程师，从事化纤、石油化工自动化设计工作。按比例配置好的乙二醇（EthyleneGlycol,EG）与精对苯二甲酸（PureTerephthalicAcid，PTA）浆料在一定的温度、压力作用下进行酯化反应，生成酯化率达到90%~97%的齐聚物[1]，供给后续的缩聚反应器进行缩聚反应。在反应器内温度、压力保持一定的情况下，EG与PTA浆料的酯化率与其反应时间有关。在开车阶段，反应器的液位直接表征了反应停留时间，工艺聚酯是生产工业纤维丝产品和包装材料的基础原料，在化工生产中占有重要位置。酯化反应器是聚酯生产流程中的主要设备，在酯化反应器内，w...
