第47卷第2期电网技术Vol.47No.22023年2月PowerSystemTechnologyFeb.2023文章编号:1000-3673(2023)02-0669-10中图分类号:TM721文献标志码:A学科代码:470·40基于演化博弈的户用光伏整县开发协同机制及仿真陈娟,高江梅(华北电力大学经济管理系,河北省保定市071003)CoordinationMechanismandSimulationofHouseholdPhotovoltaicCountyDevelopmentBasedonEvolutionaryGameCHENJuan,GAOJiangmei(DepartmentofEconomicsandManagement,NorthChinaElectricPowerUniversity,Baoding071003,HebeiProvince,China)1ABSTRACT:Atpresent,itisintheintersectionperiodofthedistributedphotovoltaicwholecountymodelandthegridparity.Thedifferencesintheendowmentoflightresourcesandpoliciesindifferentplacesindicatethatthepromotionofhouseholdrooftopphotovoltaicsshouldnotbegeneralized.Basedontheevolutionarygametheory,thefour-dimensionalevolutionarysystemforthehouseholdphotovoltaicmarketoftheroofowners,thepowergrids,thephotovoltaicenterprises,andthegovernmentunderthethreepoliciesofinstalledcapacitysubsidy,electricitysubsidyandgridparityareconstructed.Byselectingtwoplacestomakingexperiments,thedynamicequilibriumstateofthetwoplacesundereachsubsidypolicyissimulated,andisParetoimprovedbasedonthegamemodelofthegridparity.Theresultsshowthattheidealcounty-wideequilibriumstateoftheself-builtrooftopphotovoltaicscanbeachievedinareaswithabundantlightingresourcesandlowelectricityconsumption,anditcanbeacceleratedthroughcostsavings,on-gridelectricityprices,andresidentialelectricitysubsidies;Forregionswithrelativelyscarcelightingresourcesandlargeelectricityconsumption,theidealbalancecanhardlybeachievedunderthethreetypesofsubsidypolicies,andtheresidents'electricitysubsidyisaneffectivetooltoachieveParetoimprovement;ThePVcompaniesstilldominatethecompetitionwiththestate-ownedenterprises,andthegovernmentregulationwillgraduallybereplacedbymarketization.KEYWORDS:rooftopphotovoltaic;wholecountymodel;synergymechanism;four-dimensionalevolutionarygame摘要:目前处于分布式光伏整县模式和平价上网的交汇时期,各地光照资源禀赋及政策等的差异表明户用屋顶光伏整县...
