临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期Effectsofhealthguidancebasedonbehaviorchangetheorycombinedwith"three-threerule"nursingmodelonstonedischargeandfearofdiseaseprogressioninpatientsafterureteralcalculisurgeryWANGYing1,YANGJiangyun2*(1.PreventionandHealthCareDepartment;2.UrologySurgeryDepartment,YulinNo.2Hospital,Yulin719000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationvalueofhealthguidancebasedonbehaviorchangetheorycombinedwith"three-threerule"nursingmodelafterureteralcalculisurgery.MethodsFromMarch2018toMarch2021,160patientsundergoingureteralcalculisurgeryinourhospitalwereselectedanddividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupbyrandomnumbertablemethod,with80casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupadoptedroutinenursing,whiletheobservationgroupadoptedhealthguidancebasedonbehaviorchangetheorycombinedwith"three-threerule"nursingmodelonthebasisofroutinenursing.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThestoneexcretionrateandstoneclearancerateintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andtheincidencesofhematuriaandbladderirritationsymptomswerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thescoreoftheFearofDiseaseProgressionQuestionnaire-ShortForm(FoP-Q-SF)intheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthescoresofConnor-DavidsonResilienceScale(CD-RISC)andSelf-RatedAbilitiesforHealthPracticesScale(SRAHP)werehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionThehealthguidancebasedonbehaviorchangetheorycombinedwith"three-threerule"nursingmodelcanpromotethestonedischargeafterureteralcalculisurgery,reducetheoccurrenceofhematuriaandbladderirritationsymptoms,amelioratepatients'fearofdiseaseprogression,improvetheirpsychologicalresilience,andpromotetheimprovementofhealthbehavior.KEYWORDS:healthguidancebasedonbehaviorchangetheory;"three-threerule"nursingmodel;ureteralcalculi;fearofdiseaseprogression基于行为转变理论的健康指导结合“三三法则”护理模式对输尿管结石术后患者结石排出及疾病进展恐惧感的影响王莹1，杨江云2*（榆林市第二医院：1.预...
