基金项目:陕西省西安市未央区科技局资助项目(编号:202112)收稿日期:2022-05-16基于FLUENT的高压精细雾化喷嘴特性研究*张嘉丽,李浩,梁文宏(西安工业大学机电工程学院,西安710021)摘要:醋酸纤维丝束是目前卷烟过滤嘴的重要原材料,生产工艺中进行高温雾化处理能显著提升丝束物理特性,其工作温度一般集中在65~90℃之间,对高压精细雾化喷嘴的内流场特性进行研究,重点研究了不同温度对雾化压力的影响,利用FLUENT软件对喷嘴的流场以及不同温度下喷嘴内流场进行了数值模拟。根据流场的状态,仿真为瞬态模拟,其仿真结果表明,高压精细雾化喷嘴在旋流室内形成绕中心旋转的涡旋运动,且不断向前运动,直至到喷嘴出口高速喷出;不同温度下其压力与黏温特性相关,在60℃以下,基本接近水的黏性系数变化趋势,但在60℃时出现了拐点,出口压力受黏温特性影响更加明显,出口压力呈指数形式下降。关键词:精细雾化;不同温度介质;速度场;压力场中图分类号:TP391.9文献标志码:A文章编号:1009-9492(2023)02-0063-05ResearchontheCharacteristicsofHighPressureFineAtomizingNozzleBasedonFLUENTZhangJiali,LiHao,LiangWenhong(SchoolofMechatronicEngineering,Xi´anTechnologicalUniversity,Xi´an710021,China)Abstract:Acetatefibertowisanimportantrawmaterialforcigarettefiltersatpresent.Hightemperatureatomizationtreatmentintheproductionprocesscansignificantlyimprovethephysicalpropertiesofthetow,itsworkingtemperatureisgenerallybetween65℃and90℃.Thecharacteristicsoftheflowfieldwerestudied,focusingontheeffectofdifferenttemperaturesontheatomizationpressure.TheFLUENTsoftwarewasusedtonumericallysimulatetheflowfieldofthenozzleandtheflowfieldinthenozzleatdifferenttemperatures.Accordingtothestateoftheflowfield,thesimulationwasatransientsimulation.Thesimulationresultsshowthatthehigh-pressurefineatomizingnozzleformsavortexmotionaroundthecenterintheswirlchamber,andmovesforwardcontinuouslyuntilitspraysoutatahighspeedatthenozzleoutlet.Atdifferenttemperatures,thepressureisrelatedtotheviscosity-temperaturecharacteristics.Below60℃,itisbasicallyclosetothechangetrendoftheviscositycoefficientofwater,butaninflectionpointappearsat60℃.Theoutletpressureismoreobviou...
