ResearchonreliabilityofairportflightsupportoperationsystembasedonDBNWANGYong-gang,LIZhao-yu(SchoolofSafetyScienceandEngineering,CivilAviationUniversityofChina,Tianjin300300,China)Abstract:Topreventthefailureofairportflightsafetyoperationlinksfromcausingirregularflightoperations,therebyleadingtounsafeevents,thispaperproposestheconceptofairportflightsafetyoperationsystemreliability.Accordingtotherequirementsofindustryregulations,theparametersofreliabilityofkeynodesofairportflightsafetyoperationsystem,namelysafety,qualityandtimeliness,aswellastheircalculationprocessaredetermined.Consideringthemaintainabilityafterfailureintheairportflightsupportprocess,theparameterlogicaimingatthereliabilityoftop-levelparametersisgiven.Inaddition,throughtheanalysisoftheairportoperationmanual,thekeytasknodesoftheairportoperationprocessareobtained.Furthermore,theDBNmodelistransformedintothemappingruleaccordingtothelogicgate,totransformthefaulttreeoftheairportflightsupportprocessintotheDBNmodeloftheairportflightoperationsupportsystem.TheapplicationexampleanalysisisconductedwiththeflightsafetyoperationsystemoftheairportinNorthChina,andtheflightoperationsafetydataoftheairportinthepastfiveyearsarecollected.Itisfoundthattheaprongroundservicesafetyphasehasthegreatestimpactonthereliabilityoftheairportflightsafetyoperationsystem,amongwhichrefuelingoperation,equipmentrecovery,aircraftinspection,aircraftlaunch,baggagecargohandlingoperation,passengeroperation,andequipmentleaningoperationbelongtotheaprongroundservicesafetyphase.Asshownbytheresults,themodelcanbeusedinthedomesticflightsafetyoperationsystem,toidentifythecausesofairportoperationprocessfailurewithposteriorprobabilitywhenusedinthereliabilityanalysisofdomesticairportflightsafetyoperationsystem.Meanwhile,thesensitivityanalysiscanidentifythekeyweaklinksintheairportflightsafetyoperationprocess,whichisconsistentwiththeactualsituation.Inthisway,themodelcaneffectivelyanalyzethecausesoffailureandweaklinksin...
