41第35卷第1期2023年VOL.35NO.12023菏泽医学专科学校学报JOURNALOFHEZEMEDICALCOLLEGEDOI:10.3969/j.issn.1008-4118.2023.01.012CSWT应用于CAD合并心力衰竭患者的效果观察张俊悦，赵育洁，宁姝威（郑州市第七人民医院，河南郑州450000）摘要：目的探讨体外心脏震波（CSWT）治疗对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（CAD）合并心力衰竭患者心功能、心肌灌注及血管内皮生长因子的影响。方法选取93例CAD合并心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，对照组46例给予常规药物治疗，观察组47例在对照组的基础上增加CSWT治疗，观察两组患者血管内皮功能、心功能和心肌灌注。结果治疗后，两组患者的心功能、心肌灌注和血管内皮功能均较治疗前改善，且观察组改善幅度均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论CSWT治疗CAD合并心力衰竭效果确切，通过机器震动产生的能量，促进血管的生成，修复受损的心肌，增强患者心功能和心肌灌注水平，改善血管内皮功能。关键词：血管内皮生长因子；心力衰竭；体外心脏震波治疗中图分类号：R541.4文献标识码：A文章编号：1008-4118（2023）01-0041-03EffectofCSWTonpatientswithCADcombinedwithheartfailureZHANGJunyue,ZHAOYujie,NINGShuwei(TheSeventhPeople'sHospitalofZhengzhou,Zhengzhou450000,Henan)Abstract:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectofextracorporealshockwavetherapy(CSWT)oncardiacfunction,myocardialperfusionandvascularendothelialgrowthfactorofpatientswithcoronaryatheroscleroticheartdisease(CAD)andheartfailure.Methods93patientswithCADandheartfailureinourdepartmentwereselectedandrandomlydividedintothecontrolgroupandtheobservationgroup.46casesinthecontrolgroupweregivenconventionaldrugtreatment,and47casesintheobservationgroupweregivenCSWTtreatmentonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Thevascularendothelialfunction,cardiacfunctionandmyocardialperfusionofthetwogroupswereobserved.ResultsAftertreatment,thecardiacfunction,myocardialperfusionandvascularendothelialfunctionofthetwogroupswereallimproved,andtheimprovementrangeoftheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionCSWTiseffectiveinthetreatmentofCADpatientswithheartfailure.Itcanpromoteangiogenesis,repairdamagedmyocardium,enhancecardiacfunctionandmyocardialperfus...
