24纺织报告|FANGZHIBAOGAO氨纶丝中性染料染色性能研究周佳乐,童伊栎,倪展鸿,李会弟,吴典光,王青云,丁怡,申晓星(嘉兴南湖学院,浙江嘉兴314001)StudyondyeingpropertiesofspandexfiberwithneutraldyesZhouJiale,TongYili,NiZhanhong,LiHuidi,WuDianguang,WangQingyun,DingYi,ShenXiaoxing(JiaxingNanhuUniversity,Jiaxing314001,China)AbstractSpandexhasexcellentelasticityandreversionrate,andiswidelyusedinfabrics.Inrecentyears,thedemandforpolyamidefabricisgrowing,andtherequirementsforthefabricarealsoincreasing.Duetoitsownspecificity,thepolyamidefabrichasproblemssuchastheappearanceofspandexandpoordyeingeffect.Thepaperusedneutraldyestoimprovethedyeingpropertiesofspandexfiber,andtheeffectsoffourkindsofneutraldyesonthedyeingpropertiesofspandexfiberwerestudied.Theresultsshowthatthedyeingdepth,compatibilityvalueandthecoloridentitybetweenpolyamideandspandexofDyStarneutraldyeNHF-Sseriestricolordyeingspandexarebetterthanthoseofothertypesofneutraldyes.TheK/SvalueofQingdaoShuangtao,abicolorblackneutraldye,afterdyeingspandex,canachievethesameeffectasthatofdyeablespandex,andhasagooddyeuptakeforspandex.Therefore,theuseofDyStarneutraldyeNHF-SseriestricolorandQingdaoShuangtaoneutralblackBLcanimprovethedyeingpropertiesofspandexfiber.Keywordsspandex;neutraldye;appearance;dyeingproperties摘要氨纶具有优异的弹性和回复率,在织物中应用广泛。近年来,人们对锦氨织物的需求量越来越大,随之对织物的要求也越来越高。锦氨织物因自身的特异性,染色时存在氨纶露白、染色效果差等问题。文章采用中性染料改善氨纶的染色性能,研究4种中性染料对氨纶丝染色性能的影响。研究结果表明:德司达(DyStar)中性染料NHF-S系列三原色上染氨纶的染色深度、配伍值以及锦纶与氨纶的同色性优于其他类型的中性染料,复色黑色中性染料青岛双桃上染氨纶后K/S值可达到与可染氨纶相同的效果,对氨纶有较好的上染率。因此,采用德司达中性染料NHF-S系列三原色和青岛双桃中性黑BL可改善氨纶丝的染色性能。关键词氨纶;中性染料;露白;染色性能中图分类号:F767.4文献标志码:A氨纶是聚氨基甲酸酯纤维,具有软硬链段交替排列的结构,赋予纤维高伸长、高回复的特点。氨纶素有“面料味精”之称[...
