reapproval.Asuperscript epsilon()indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1.Scope1.1 This guide provides an approach to identifying the needfor and development of a test document to qualify coatings forCoating Service Level I(CSLI)service in nuclear powerplants.1.2 It is the intent of this guide to provide a recommendedbasis for establishing a coatings qualification test document,not to mandate a singular basis for all test documents.Variations or simplifications of the process described in thisguide may be appropriate for any given operating or newconstruction nuclear power plant depending on its licensingcommitments.1.3 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regardedas standard.The values given in parentheses are mathematicalconversions to SI units that are provided for information onlyand are not considered standard.1.4 This standard does not purport to address all of thesafety concerns,if any,associated with its use.It is theresponsibility of the user of this standard to establish appro-priate safety,health,and environmental practices and deter-mine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.1.5 This
