题目大学生情绪智力、自我管理和领导力的关系研究摘要随着时代的发展，社会对高素质人才的需求越来越迫切，而领导力正是大学生综合素质中至关重要的一部分，是新时期高素质人才的必备基本能力。同时，大学阶段是领导力发展的“关键期”，亟需得到关注。本研究以山东和广东两个省的228名大学生为研究对象，采用大学生领导力量表、情绪智力量表和大学生自我管理问卷，探讨了情绪智力、自我管理和领导力三者之间的关系。研究结果显示：（1）大学生领导力、情绪智力和自我管理在性别和籍贯上均没有存在显著差异。（2）大学生领导力和自我管理在有无社团经历、有无干部经历和干部经历时长上均存在显著差异，而情绪智力只在有无干部经历和干部经历时长上存在显著差异。（3）大学生领导力和情绪智力与自我管理均存在极其显著的正相关。（4）在回归分析中，情绪智力和自我管理均为领导力的有效预测变量，情绪智力对领导力变异的解释率为63.5%，且能正向预测领导力，预测系数为21.8%；自我管理对领导力变异的解释率为34.9%，且能正向预测领导力，预测系数为75.0%。（5）自我管理在情绪智力和领导力之间起到部分中介作用，其中介效应值为0.095，总效应值为0.576，中介效应与总效应的比值为0.165，中介效应的相对作用偏小。关键词:大学生；情绪智力；自我管理；领导力；II1ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofthetimes,thesocietyhasneedofmoreandmorehigh-qualitytalentsurgently,andthecollegeleadership,avitalpartofoverallquality,isanessentialbasicskillofthenewerahighqualifiedpersonnel.Meanwhile,thecollegeis"criticalperiod"ofleadershipdevelopment,needingattentionbyus.Inthisstudy,thecollegeleadershiptable,EmotionalIntelligenceScaleandself-administeredquestionnaireareusedtotestthe228collegestudentsfromGuangdongandShandongprovincesforresearchingtherelationshipbetweencollegestudents’leadership,emotionalintelligenceandself-management.Theresultsshowthat:firstofall,thecollegestudents’leadership,emotionalintelligenceandself-managementarenosignificantdifferencesingenderandorigin.Secondly,thecollegestudents'leadershipandself-managementaresignificantdifferencesinwhetherhavingthepresenceofcorporateexperienceandcadresincludingitsduration,buttheemotionalintelligencejustinthepresenceofcadresanditsdur...
