692022年第9卷第11期实用妇科内分泌电子杂志•临床研究•固冲汤加味治疗妇女崩漏的疗效观察盛红萍（南京市六合区妇幼保健院中医妇科，江苏南京211500）【摘要】目的探讨固冲汤加味治疗妇女崩漏的疗效。方法选择南京市六合区妇幼保健院收治的崩漏患者50例，均采用固冲汤加味治疗，详细观察统计患者的临床疗效、阴道出血症状改善时间，并对其治疗前后各项临床症状的中医证候积分进行分析比较。结果经治疗，50例患者中临床痊愈27例、显效13例、有效9例、无效1例，临床治疗总有效率为98.00%（49/50）。经治疗，患者的出血控制时间、完全止血时间分别为（2.68±0.32）、（11.72±1.27）d。治疗前，患者的食欲减退、神疲懒言、食后腹胀、肢体倦怠及大便溏薄等中医证候积分分别为（4.14±0.38）、（3.95±0.31）、（4.02±0.34）、（3.87±0.30）、（4.07±0.36）分；治疗后，患者的上述各项中医证候积分分比为（1.05±0.11）、（1.09±0.12）、（0.83±0.14）、（1.07±0.17）、（0.93±0.13）分，均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论崩漏患者采用固冲汤加味治疗的效果理想，能够有效改善出血情况，缓解各种临床症状，值得临床推广使用。【关键词】崩漏；异常子宫出血；固冲汤加味；疗效观察；中医证候积分ObservationonthecurativeeffectofmodifiedGuchongDecoctionintreatingwowenwithleakageShengHongping(DepartmentofTraditionalChineseMedicineGynecology,NanjingLiuheDistrictMaternalandChildHealthHospital,Nanjing211500,China)【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigatethecurativeeffectofmodifiedGuchongDecoctionintreatingleakagewowen.Methods50patientswithleakageadmittedtoLiuheDistrictMaternalandChildHealthHospitalofNanjingwereselected.AllofthemweretreatedwithmodifiedGuchongDecoction.Theclinicalefficacyandtheimprovementtimeofvaginalbleedingsymptomswereobservedindetail,andtheTCMsyndromescoresofeachclinicalsymptombeforeandaftertreatmentwereanalyzedandcompared.ResultsAftertreatment,27caseswerecured,13caseswereeffective,9caseswereeffectiveand1casewasineffective,thetotaleffectiveratewas98.00%(49/50).Aftertreatment,thebleedingcontroltimeandcompletehemostasistimewere(2.68±0.32)and(11.72±1.27)d,respectively.Beforetreatment,thescoresofChinesemedicinesyndromesuchaslossofappeti...
