试验研究2022年第12期（总第253期）15中兽医治疗羊脾胃病的效果观察霍艳（甘肃省甘南藏族自治州玛曲县阿万仓镇畜牧兽医工作站，甘肃甘南747300）摘要：目的探讨中兽医治疗羊脾胃病的效果。方法：选择2021年5月~2022年2月本地兽医站收治的患有脾胃病的羊32只用于研究，并以中医辨证施治理念对病羊进行治疗，采取数字表法将其分组治疗，每组均16只，予以对照组病羊补脾健胃剂治疗，观察组病羊在对照组治疗基础上予以辨证施治治疗，对两组病羊治疗后的病症及效果展开对比分析。结果观察组病羊治疗的总有效率为100%，与对照组病羊的总有效率75.00%相比明显更高（P＜0.05）。结论应用中兽医治疗羊脾胃病效果显著，建议临床首选补脾健胃剂，并结合病羊具体病症配以相应的中药制剂，以此发挥最大药效，进而达到治愈目的。关键词：中兽医；羊脾胃病；治疗效果；补脾健胃剂中图分类号：S858.26文献标志码：B文章编号：1003-8655（2022）12-0015-03ObservationontheEffectofChineseVeterinaryMedicineonSheepSpleenandStomachDiseasesHUOYan(AnimalHusbandryandVeterinaryWorkstation,MaquCounty,Gannan,Gansu747300)Abstract：ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectoftraditionalChineseveterinarymedicineonsheepspleenstomachdisease.Methods:ThirtytwosheepwithspleenstomachdiseaseadmittedtothelocalveterinarystationfromMay2021toFebruary2022wereselectedforresearch,andthesicksheepweretreatedwiththeconceptofTCMsyndromedifferentiation.Thenumbertablemethodwasusedtodividethemintogroups,with16sheepineachgroup.Thesicksheepinthecontrolgroupweretreatedwiththespleeninvigoratingandstomachstrengtheningagent.Thesicksheepintheobservationgroupweretreatedwithsyndromedifferentiationbasedonthetreatmentinthecontrolgroup.Thesymptomsandeffectsofthetwogroupsofsicksheepaftertreatmentwerecomparedandanalyzed.ResultsThetotaleffectiverateoftheobservationgroupwas100%,whichwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(75.00%,P<0.05).ConclusionTheapplicationoftraditionalChineseveterinarymedicineinthetreatmentofsheep'sspleenandstomachdiseasehasasignificanteffect.Itissuggestedthatthefirstchoiceforclinicaltreatmentistoinvigoratethespleenandstomach,andthecorrespondingChinesemedicinepreparationshouldbecomb...
