第39卷第11期压力容器2022年11月doi:■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■10.3969/j.issn.1001-4837.2022.11.004试验研究分离器筒体镍基C276带极埋弧堆焊工艺研究及应用刘鸿彦,孙修圣,杜永勤,李卫华(南京宝色股份公司技术中心,南京211178)摘要:采用带极埋弧堆焊对SA302Gr.B试板进行镍基合金C276堆焊工艺评定,依照NB/T47014及技术协议要求对堆焊层的弯曲、硬度、化学成分及耐蚀性能指标进行了检测,试验结果表明,选用型号为EQNiCrMo-3/NSAS3-50BS的焊带/焊剂组合进行过渡层堆焊,EQNiCrMo-4/ESA-FB2B的焊带/焊剂组合进行耐蚀层堆焊,可以获得性能优良的堆焊层,焊道成型平整。按照ASTMG28A法对耐蚀层焊态试样与固溶态试样进行腐蚀率检测,结果分别为9.76,7.55mm/a,满足技术协议对腐蚀率比值≤1.5及JB/T4756对腐蚀率≤12mm/a的要求。根据焊接工艺评定制定焊接工艺规程,对分离器筒体内壁进行EQNiCrMo-3+EQNiCrMo-4带极堆焊,采用纵向压道方式进行,通过工装约束、分区对称施焊以及预热、热处理等工艺措施,筒体堆焊变形得以控制,产品的堆焊质量得以保证。关键词:分离器;筒体内壁;镍基合金;纵向堆焊;带极埋弧堆焊中图分类号:TH49;TG455文献标志码:AStudyandapplicationofnickel-baseC276SAWstripsurfacingtechnologyforseparatorcylinderLIUHongyan,SUNXiusheng,DUYongqin,LIWeihua(NanjingBaoseCo.,Ltd.,TechnicalCenter,Nanjing211178,China)Abstract:Thenickel-basealloyC276surfacingprocessofSA302Gr.Btestplatewasevaluatedbysubmergedarcelectrodesurfacingmachine.Thebending,hardness,chemicalcompositionandcorrosionresistanceofsurfacinglayerweretestedaccordingtoNB/T47014andtechnicalagreementrequirements.ThetestresultsshowthatthesurfacinglayerhasexcellentperformanceandtheweldbeadswereformedsmoothlywhenEQNiCrMo-3/NSAS3-50BSandEQNiCrMo-4/ESA-FB2Bwereselectedforthetransitionlayersurfacingandthecorrosionresistantlayersurfacing.Thecorrosionrateofas-weldedandas-solutionedspecimensofcorrosionresistantlayerweredetectedaccordingtoASTMG28A.Theresultswere9.76mm/aand7.55mm/arespectively,whichmeettherequirementsoftechnicalagreementforcorrosionrateratio≤1.5andJB/T4756forcorrosionrate≤12mm/a.Theweldingprocedurewasformulatedtoguidethes...
