基层医学论坛2023年10月第27卷第28期降钙素原联合C-反应蛋白检测在呼吸系统疾病诊断中的应用黎晓敏黄燕敏陈加家王衬平（东莞市万江医院，广东东莞523024）【摘要】目的探讨呼吸系统疾病诊断中降钙素原（procalcitonin，PCT）联合C-反应蛋白（c-reactiveprotein，CRP）检测的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1月—2021年1月在东莞市万江医院接受治疗的100例呼吸系统疾病患者的临床资料，根据病原学检测结果分组，将细菌感染患者作为观察A组（n=50），病毒感染患者作为观察B组（n=50），另取50名健康体检者作为对照组，分别进行PCT与CRP检测，对PCT、CRP水平及不同检测方法的阳性率、诊断效能进行比较。结果观察A组、观察B组PCT、CRP水平较对照组明显更高（P<0.05），观察A组水平明显高于观察B组（P<0.05）；观察A组PCT检测、CRP检测、PCT联合CRP检测阳性率明显高于观察B组（P<0.05），PCT联合CRP检测阳性率较PCT、CRP检测明显更高；PCT检测灵敏度为42.00%，特异度为78.00%，准确度为54.00%；CRP检测灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为44.00%、84.00%、57.33%；PCT联合CRP检测灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为58.00%、96.00%、70.67%；PCT联合CRP检测灵敏度、特异度、准确度较PCT、CRP单一检测明显更高。结论PCT联合CRP检测应用于呼吸系统疾病诊断中能够促进检验阳性率及诊断效能的提高。【关键词】呼吸系统疾病；降钙素原；C-反应蛋白ApplicationofPCTcombinedwithCRPindiagnosisofrespiratorydiseasesLiXiaomin，HuangYanmin，ChenJiajia，WangChenping.TheDongguanWanjiangHospital，Dongguan，Guangdong523024【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigatetheapplicationeffectofprocalcitonin（PCT）combinedwithC-reactiveprotein（CRP）inthediagnosisofrespiratorydiseases.MethodsTheclinicaldataof100patientswithrespiratorysystemdiseaseswhoweretreatedinourhospitalfromJanuary2020toJanuary2021wereretrospectivelyanalyzed.Accordingtotheresultsofpathogendetection，bacterialinfectionpatientswerenamedobservationgroupA（n=50），viralinfectionpatientswerenamedobservationgroupB（n=50），andhealthyphysicalexaminationsubjectswereselectedasthecontrolgroup（n=50）.PCTandCRPweredetectedrespectively，andthelevelsofPCTandCRP，thepositiverateanddiagnosticefficacyofdifferentdetectionmethodswerecompared.ResultsThelevelsofPCTandCR...
