第37卷第3期2023年9月doi:10.3969/j.issn.1008-5327.2023.03.015接触式轮廓仪测量的自动标注问题探究基于最小二乘法南通职业大学学报JOURNALOFNANTONGVOCATIONALUNIVERSITYVol.37No.3Sept.2023蒋培军(三门峡职业技术学院汽车学院,河南三门峡472000)摘要:为避免因探针缺陷、探针粘尘及扫描位置偏移等导致的接触式轮廓仪测量轮廊曲线粗糙,借助最小二乘法,对轮廓仪测量的轮廓线圆弧段和直线段的工件形状进行标注探究:利用轮廓仪测量数据绘制散点图并与被测工件轮廊图进行比对;选取区间范围内的散点作为轮廓线拟合的样本点,采用线性拟合法对样本点的斜直线段(水平直线段视为特殊的斜直线段)进行拟合,并对拟合模型进行显著性检验及误差项检验;采用非线性拟合方法对圆弧段进行拟合,绘制拟合效果图,并对轮廊仪测量数据及标注后的数据进行对比验证。结果表明,所建模型能对接触式轮廓仪测量的不同倾斜直线段及不同圆弧段的工件形状进行自动标注,可满足接触式轮廓仪的常规测量要求。关键词:接触式轮廓仪;最小二乘法;自动标注;工件形状中图分类号:TG84;TH721-4文章编号:1008-5327(2023)03-0066-05ExplorationofAutomaticLabelingofContactProfilerMeasurementsBasedonLeastSquaresMethod(SchoolofAutomobiles,SanmenxiaPolytechnic,Sanmenxia472000,China)Abstract:Profilecurvemeasuredbycontactprofilerwillappearroughiftheprobeisdefective,ortheprobeiscoveredwithdust,orthescanningpositionisdeviated.Theleastsquaresmethodisusedtoexaminethemarksofworkpieceshapesofthecirculararcsectionandstraightlinesectionofthecontourlinemeasuredbycontactprofiler.First,drawascatterdiagrambyusingthedatameasuredbyprofilerandcompareitwiththecontourdiagramofthemeasuredworkpiece.Second,selectthescatterpointswithintheintervalasthesamplepointsforthefittingofcontourline,anduselinearfittingmethodtofittheobliquelinesegments(horizontalstraightlinesegmentsareregardedasspecialobliquelinesegments)ofthesamplepoints.Third,testthesignificanceanderrortermsofthefittedmodel.Finally,nonlinearfttingmethodisusedtofitthearcsegment,andthefittingeffectdiagramisdrawntocomparethedatameasuredbycontactprofilerwiththemarkeddata.Theresultsshowtheproposedmodelcanmarktheworkpieceshapesofdifferentinclinedstr...
