-95-地塞米松、阿昔洛韦针剂结合小续命汤对周围性面神经麻痹患者May积分与疗效的影响闵雪峰（西南医科大学附属中医院，四川泸州646000）【摘要】目的：观察地塞米松、阿昔洛韦针剂结合小续命汤治疗周围性面神经麻痹患者治疗后的效果。方法：本次报告数据均是在2021年1月至2021年12月抽取的，以西南医科大学附属中医院收治的86例周围性面神经麻痹患者为例作为数据提供对象，分组时选择的方法为数字随机表，共分为常规（43例）和研究（43例）两组，分析治疗效果。结果：研究组治疗有效、生活质量更高，研究组在治疗时间、治愈时间更短，在治疗后，研究组中医症状评分、IgG、IgA、IgM指标、不良反应更低，P＜0.05；研究组在治疗后面神经功能May积分上更高，P＜0.05。结论：对周围性面神经麻痹患者在治疗中采用地塞米松、阿昔洛韦针剂结合小续命汤治疗后的效果显著，值得推广。【关键词】周围性面神经麻痹；地塞米松；阿昔洛韦；小续命汤；治疗效果【中图分类号】R97【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1008-1151(2022)12-0095-04EffectofDexamethasoneandAcyclovirInjectionCombinedwithXiaoxumingDecoctiononMayScoreandCurativeEffectinPatientswithPeripheralFacialParalysisAbstract:Objective:ToobservetheeffectofdexamethasoneandacyclovirinjectioncombinedwithXiaoxumingdecoctioninthetreatmentofpatientswithperipheralfacialparalysis.Methods:ThedatainthisreportwerecollectedfromJanuary2021toDecember2021.86patientswithperipheralfacialparalysisadmittedtotheAffiliatedHospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicineofSouthwestMedicalUniversityweretakenasthedataobjects.Themethodselectedingroupingwasadigitalrandomtable,whichwasdividedintotwogroups:conventional(43cases)andresearch(43cases).Thetherapeuticeffectwasanalyzed.Results:Thetreatmentinthestudygroupwaseffectiveandthequalityoflifewashigher.Thetreatmenttimeandcuretimeinthestudygroupwereshorter.Aftertreatment,theTCMsymptomscore,IgG,IgA,IgMindexesandadversereactionsinthestudygroupwerelower(P<0.05);thestudygrouphadhigherMayscoreofneuralfunctionaftertreatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:ThecombinationofdexamethasoneandaciclovirinjectionwithXiaoxumingdecoctioninthetreatmentofpatientswithperipheralfacialparalysishasasignificanteffectandisworthy...
