第39卷第11期压力容器2022年11月doi:■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■10.3969/j.issn.1001-4837.2022.11.009检验与维护车用LNG气瓶绝热性能在线监测与评价方法胡杭健,石坤,周云奕(中国特种设备检测研究院,北京100029)摘要:车用LNG低温绝热气瓶是LNG汽车的关键储能设备,其绝热性能与车辆的安全密切相关,需定期对气瓶绝热性能进行检验,现有的定期检验存在操作复杂、检验周期长等问题。设计了车用气瓶参数在线监测装置,结合无线通讯技术,构建气瓶的安全健康远程管理平台。通过试验测量不同状态下气瓶的静态蒸发率和维持时间,得到真空度破坏前后气瓶内压力变化曲线。分析试验数据发现真空度破坏前后,气瓶升压速率存在明显差异,以此可实现对气瓶健康状况的评估。有望通过对气瓶升压速率的监测实现气瓶检验检测效率以及设备风险预警时效性的提升。关键词:LNG绝热气瓶;静态蒸发率;维持时间;真空度;预警平台中图分类号:TH49;TQ053.2;TP277文献标志码:AResearchonon-linehealthmonitoringandevaluationsystemforvehiclelowtemperatureinsulatedgascylindersHUHangjian,SHIKun,ZHOUYunyi(ChinaSpecialEquipmentInspection&ResearchInstitute,Beijing100029,China)Abstract:VehicleLNGlow-temperatureinsulatedgascylinderisthekeyenergystorageequipmentforLNGvehicles,anditsthermalinsulationperformanceiscloselyrelatedtothesafetyofthevehicles.Thethermalinsulationperformanceofthegascylinderneedstobeinspectedregularly.Fortheexistingperiodicinspection,thereareproblemssuchascomplicatedoperationandlonginspectionperiod.Inthisstudy,adeviceforon-linemonitoringofvehiclegascylinderparameterswasdesignedandimplemented,andasafetyandhealthremotemanagementplatformforgascylinderswasconstructedincombinationwithwirelesscommunicationtechnology.Thestaticevaporationrateandholdingtimeofthegascylinderunderdifferentconditionsweremeasuredexperimentally,andthepressurechangecurveofthegascylinderbeforeandafterthevacuumwasbrokenwasobtained.Analysisoftheexperimentaldatashowsthatthereisasignificantdifferenceinthepressureincreaserateofthegascylinderbeforeandafterthevacuumisdestroyed,sothatthehealthstatusofthegascylindercanbeevaluated.Itisexpectedtoi...
