92第2卷第6期2023年3月Vol.2No.6Mar.2023科技与健康TechnologyandHealth急性脑梗死患者抢救中急诊护理路径的应用分析顾芮垚(南通大学第二附属医院·南通市第一人民医院，江苏南通226000)摘要：为探讨将急诊护理路径应用在急性脑梗死患者抢救中的效用价值。选取2022年1月—2023年1月南通市第一人民医院急诊科100例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象，采用盲抽方式进行分组，对照组与观察组各50例，对照组应用常规急诊护理模式，观察组实施急诊护理路径，对两组实际应用效果展开比较。结果显示，观察组患者抢救有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组接诊、分诊、准备抢救、抢救时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05），护理前两组NIHSS与Barthel评分经对比无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但护理后观察组NIHSS评分大幅度降低，Barthel评分有效提升，均优于对照组及护理前（P＜0.05）。研究发现，对于急性脑梗死患者而言，在抢救期间予以急诊护理路径不仅可以有效提高抢救效果，还可有效缩短各环节抢救时间，切实改善患者神经功能缺损情况，提高患者日常生活能力。关键词：急性脑梗死；抢救；急诊护理路径；应用中图分类号：R473.74文献标识码：AApplicationAnalysisofEmergencyNursingPathinRescueofPatientswithAcuteCerebralInfarctionGURuiyao(TheSecondAffiliatedHospitalofNantongUniversity·TheFirstPeople’sHospitalofNantong,Nantong,Jiangsu226000)Abstract:Toexploretheutilityvalueofemergencynursingpathwayintherescueofpatientswithacutecerebralinfarction.Atotalof100patientswereselectedintheemergencydepartmentforcomparativeexperimentinthisstudy.Allpatientswerediagnosedasacutecerebralinfarction,andweredividedintogroupsbyblindextraction.50patientsineachgroupwereinthecontrolgroupandtheobservationgroup,withtheformerapplyingroutineemergencynursingmodeandthelatterimplementingemergencynursingpath.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthattherescueeffectiverateofpatientsintheobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05),andcomparedwiththecontrolgroup,theobservationgroupreceived,triage,rescuepreparation,rescuetimewassignificantlyshortened(P<0.05),thecomparisonofNIHSSandBarthelscorebeforethetwogroupshadnostatisticalsignificance(P>0.05).However,NIHSSscorewassignificantlydecrea...
