第18卷第2期2023年6月电气工程学报JOURNALOFELECTRICALENGINEERINGVol.18No.2Jun.2023DOI:10.11985/2023.02.017基于PD一致性算法的微电网分层优化控制策略*陈洁龙英文(上海工程技术大学电子电气工程学院上海201620)摘要:由于微电网在孤岛运行时,失去了大电网的支撑,系统电压、频率的稳定性难以得到保障,而保证系统的频率和电压维持在稳定值是微电网稳定运行的前提和基础。针对传统的下垂控制易导致系统的频率和电压出现偏差,在微电网的二次层引入基于(Proportiondifferentiation,PD)控制一致性算法的状态观测器,对偏差进行动态补偿。三次层以实现分布式电源的最优经济运行为目的,采用PD控制的一致性算法理论求解分布式电源的最优微增率和功率值,与基本一致性算法相比,有效缩短了收敛时间,进一步求解考虑分布式电源发电限制条件下的最优功率值,最后针对负荷及电源波动因素,进行了系统的稳定性仿真,通过试验验证了该控制策略的有效性。关键词:微电网;分层优化;下垂控制;一致性算法;经济运行中图分类号:TM73HierarchicalOptimizationControlStrategyforMicrogridBasedonPDConsensusAlgorithmCHENJieLONGYingwen(SchoolofElectronicandElectricalEngineering,ShanghaiUniversityofEngineeringScience,Shanghai201620)Abstract:Duetothemicrogridlosesthesupportofthelargepowergridwhenitisoperatinginanisland,thestabilityofthesystemvoltageandfrequencyisdifficulttobeguaranteed,andensuringthatthefrequencyandvoltageofthesystemaremaintainedatastablevalueistheprerequisiteandbasisforthestableoperationofthemicrogrid.Inviewofthefactthatthetraditionaldroopcontrolislikelytocausedeviationsinthefrequencyandvoltageofthesystem,astateobserverbasedonthePDcontrolconsistencyalgorithmisintroducedinthesecondarylayerofthemicrogridtodynamicallycompensatethedeviation.Thethirdlayeraimstoachievetheoptimaleconomicoperationofdistributedpowersources.TheconsensusalgorithmtheoryofPDcontrolisusedtosolvetheoptimalincrementalrateandpowervalueofdistributedpowersources.Comparedwiththebasicconsensusalgorithm,theconvergencetimeiseffectivelyshortened.Tofurthersolvetheoptimalpowervalueconsideringthelimitedconditionsofdistributedpowergeneration,thestabilitysimulationofthesystemiscarrie...
