第23卷第2期2023年2月过程工程学报TheChineseJournalofProcessEngineeringVol.23No.2Feb.2023Influenceofairdistributionplateonflowcharacteristicsofnon-homogeneousparticlesinshallowfluidized-bedwithimmersedpipesHuangLIU1,NanZHENG1*,XiaohuiZHAO2,JinjiaWEI11.SchoolofChemicalEngineeringandTechnology,Xi'anJiaotongUniversity,Xi'an,Shaanxi710049,China2.NorthwestElectricPowerDesignInstituteCo.,Ltd.ofCPECC,Xi'an,Shaanxi710075,ChinaAbstract:Inthenextgenerationhigh-temperaturesolarthermalpowersystem,solidparticlesarethedominantheatabsorbingfluid.Specialheatexchangersneedtobedevelopedfortheenergytransmissionbetweenparticlesandotherfunctionalthermalfluids,consideringthepoorfluidityofsolidparticles.Shallowfluidizedbedwithimmersedpipesisapromisingtechnologyforextractingheatfromhigh-temperatureparticles.However,thereisstillalackofunanimouscriteriafortheoptimizationdesignofsuchdevices,especiallywhennon-homogeneousparticleswithgreateconomicbenefitsareused.Asthefirststepintheresearchanddesignprogram,thefluidizationcharacteristicsofpolydispersebauxiteparticlesinathreedimensionalshallowfluidized-bedwithbuilt-intubeswereinvestigatedviacoldstateexperiments.Bedpressuredropsweremeasuredunderfivedifferentperforatedplatedistributorwitharangeofopenarearatiofrom0.38%to2.89%.Theeffectsofopenarearatio,staticbedheightandairdistributionmodeonthecharacteristicparametersandqualityofthefluidizationwerealsoinvestigated.Theresultsshowedthattherewasnoobviousabruptchangeinthebedpressuredropcurveofthenon-homogeneousparticles,andthewholeprocesscouldbedividedintothreestages:fixedbed,semi-fluidizationandcompletefluidization.Theopenarearatiohadlittleinfluenceonthecharacteristicvelocitiesattheboundaryoftwoadjacentstages.Fortheconcernednon-homogeneousparticles,thechangeofstandarddeviationofbedpressuredropshowedaminimumvalue,andthefluidizationstabilitybecamethehighestwhenplatewithanopeningarearatioof0.79%wasused.Theairdistributionmodehasanimportantinfluenceonthelocalbedpressuredropinthemulti-chamberfluidizedbed.Theu...
