中国国境卫生检疫杂志2023年2月第46卷第1期ChineseFrontierHealthQuarantineFeb.2023,Vol46,No.1EtiologicalsurveillanceofchildrenwithdiarrheahospitalizedinAnhuiChildren’sHospitalfrom2016to2021ZHANGQiang,DENGFangDepartmentofInfectiousDiseases,AnhuiChildren’sHospital,Hefei,Anhui230001,ChinaAbstract:ObjectiveToinvestigatetheetiologicalsurveillanceresultsofchildrenwithdiarrheahospitalizedinAnhuiChildren’sHospital.MethodsThefecalsamplesof1334childrenwithdiarrheahospitalizedinAnhuiChildren’sHospitalfrom2016to2021weredetectedusingtraditionalmethod,thenucleicacidsofpathogens(Salmonella,DiarrheagenicEscherichiacoli,Shigella,Yersiniaenterocolitica,Plesiomonasshigelloides,Rotavirus,Norovirus,Sapovirus,Adenovirus,Astrovirus)weredetectedbyReal-timePCRreaction(PCR).Thenthedistributioncharacteristicsofpathogenicbacteriainhospitalizedchildrenwithdiarrheawereanalyzedintermsofonsetyear,age,gender,livingenvironmentandonsetseason.ResultsFrom2016to2021,atotalof770pathogenicstrainsweredetectedin1334fecalsamplesof1334children,withadetectionrateof57.72%,including290strainsofpathogenicbacteria(21.74%)and480strainsofvirus(35.98%).ThemostdetectedpathogenicbacteriawereSalmonella(7.35%)anddiarrheagenicEscherichiacoli(7.12%),whilethemostdetectedviruseswererotavirus(17.32%)andnorovirus(10.72%).Thepathogendetectionratewasthehighestin2017(66.10%)andthelowestin2021(50.38%).Therewasandownwardtrendovertimeinthedetectionrateofpathogenicbacteriainhospitalizedchildrenwithdiarrhea.Thedetectionratesofpathogenicbacteria,virusesandtotalpathogenswerestatisticallydifferentinchildrenwithdiarrheaindifferentagegroups(P<0.05),withthehighestdetectionrateofpathogenicbacteriainchildrenaged11-14years(30.45%)andthehighestdetectionrateofvirusesinchildrenaged0-5years(43.37%).Thedetection·疾病监测·安徽省儿童医院2016—2021年住院腹泻患儿病原学监测张蔷,邓芳安徽医科大学附属省儿童医院(安徽省儿童医院)感染科,安徽合肥230001摘要:目的调查安徽省儿童医院住院腹泻患儿病原学监...
