临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期Investigationonknowledge,attitudeandpracticeofcatheter-associatedurinarytractinfectionpreventionamongclinicalnursesinAnyangLINa(PediatricNeurologyDepartment,No.6People'sHospitalofAnyang,Anyang455000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToinvestigatetheknowledge,attitudeandpracticeofcatheter-associatedurinarytractinfection(CAUTI)preventionamongclinicalnursesinAnyang,soastoprovidereferencesforimprovingthepreventionabilityofCAUTI.MethodsTwohundredandseventy-sixclinicalnursesfrom4hospitalsinAnyangwereselectedastheresearchobjectsaccordingtotheconvenientsamplingmethod,andtheknowledge,attitudeandpracticeofCAUTIpreventionwasinvestigatedbytheself-designed"questionnaireonknowledge,attitudeandpracticeofCAUTIpreventionamongclinicalnurses".ResultsThepercentilescoresofCAUTIpreventionknowledge,attitudeandpracticeof276clinicalnurseswere(79.06±11.68),(87.56±10.60)and(83.19±7.74)respectively,andthetotalscorewas(81.82±6.77);thepassratewere89.13%,98.91%and97.46%respectively,andthetotalpassratewas100.00%;thegoodratewere52.54%,80.80%and78.26%respectively,andthetotalgoodratewas66.67%.TherewerestatisticallysignificantdifferencesinthescoresofCAUTIpreventionattitudeamongclinicalnurseswithdifferentworkingyears,professionaltitlesandeducationalqualifications(P<0.05);therewerestatisticallysignificantdifferencesinthescoresofCAUTIpreventionpracticeamongclinicalnurseswithdifferentagesandworkingyears(P<0.05).ConclusionTheclinicalnursesinAnyanghavepositiveattitudetowardsCAUTIpreventionandgoodpractice,buttheirmasteryofrelevantprofessionalknowledgeislow,andfurtherknowledgeeducationandtrainingareneeded.KEYWORDS:clinicalnurse;catheter-associatedurinarytractinfection;knowledge,attitudeandpractice;preventivemeasure安阳市临床护理人员导尿管相关尿路感染预防的知信行调查李娜（安阳市第六人民医院小儿神经内科，河南安阳，455000）摘要：目的调查安阳市临床护理人员导尿管相关尿路感染（CAUTI）预防的知信行，为提高CAUTI预防能力提供参考。方法按照便利抽样法选取安阳市4所医院276名临床护理人员为研...
