建筑技术ArchitectureTechnology·1978·第54卷第16期2023年8月Vol.54No.16Aug.2023基坑工程对邻近既有浅基础建筑物的影响分析赵彤(中铁十八局集团第二工程有限公司,064000,河北唐山)摘要:为了深入了解基坑降水、开挖、上部结构施工全过程引起邻近浅基础建筑的变形特性,以某高层住宅小区地下室基坑工程对邻近既有3层条形+筏形浅基础结构的影响为研究对象,分别从抽排降水、基坑开挖、上部结构施工角度分析对邻近既有建筑物变形影响。研究发现:随着基坑开挖深度加深,建筑物水平、竖向变形不断增加,且水平、竖向变形变化曲率基本一致,但水平位移呈现整体向基坑一侧变形的趋势,竖向位移呈现两端大中间小的马鞍形沉降形状;上部结构施工补偿了基坑土方开挖卸荷造成的土体应力释放,建筑物水平位移和竖向位移略有回弹,研究成果可为类似工程建设提供一定借鉴。关键词:基坑工程;浅基础;MIDAS;变形中图分类号:TU473文献标志码:B文章编号:1000-4726(2023)16-1978-05ANALYSISOFINFLUENCEOFFOUNDATIONPITENGINEERINGONADJACENTSHALLOWFOUNDATIONBUILDINGSZHAOTong(ChinaRailway18thBureauGroupNo.2EngineeringCo.,Ltd.,064000,Tangshan,Hebei,China)Abstract:Inordertodeeplyunderstandthedeformationcharacteristicsofadjacentshallowfoundationbuildingscausedbythewholeprocessoffoundationpitdewatering,excavationandsuperstructureconstruction,thispaperstudiedtheinfluenceoffoundationpitengineeringinthebasementofahigh-riseresidentialdistrictontheadjacentshallowfoundationstructurewith3-storystripandraft,andsuperstructureconstruction.Accordingtotheresearch,astheexcavationdepthofthefoundationpitdeepens,thehorizontalandverticaldeformationofthebuildingincreasescontinuously,andthecurvatureofthehorizontalandverticaldeformationchangesarebasicallythesame,butthehorizontaldisplacementshowsatrendtowardsthesideofthefoundationpitasawhole,andtheverticaldisplacementshowsasaddle-shapedsettlementshapewithlargeendsandsmallmiddle.Thesuperstructureconstructioncompensatesthesoilstressreleasecausedbytheexcavationandunloadingofthefoundationpitearthwork,andslightlyreboundsthehorizontalandverticaldisplacementofthebuilding.Theresearchresultscanprovidesomereferenceforsimilarengineer...
