临床医学研究与实践2023年9月第8卷第26期Comparisonoftheeffectsof3Dand2Dlaparoscopicradicalresectionofsigmoidcolon-rectalcancerinthetreatmentofsigmoidcolon-rectalcancerQINZhankun1,CHAIYuan1*,WEIXing2(1.GemFlowerXi'anChangqingStaffHospital,Xi'an710201;2.theFirstAffiliatedHospitalofXi'anJiaotongUniversity,Xi'an710061,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveTocomparetheeffectsof3Dand2Dlaparoscopicradicalresectionofsigmoidcolon-rectalcancerinthetreatmentofsigmoidcolon-rectalcancer.MethodsAtotalof80patientswithsigmoidcolon-rectalcanceradmittedfromJune2018toJune2021wereselectedastheresearchobjectsanddividedintocontrolgroupandstudygroupaccordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,with40casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwith2Dlaparoscopicradicalresectionofsigmoidcolon-rectalcancer,andthestudygroupwastreatedwith3Dlaparoscopicradicalresectionofsigmoidcolon-rectalcancer.Thediseasecontroleffect,operationrelatedindexes,clusterofdifferentiation4positive/clusterofdifferentiation8positive(CD4+/CD8+),reactiveoxygenspecies(ROS),totalantioxidantcapacity(T-AOC)levelsandcomplicationswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsThetotaleffectiverateofdiseasecontrolinthestudygroupwas80.00%,whichwashigherthan55.00%inthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Thepostoperativefirstexhausttime,postoperativefirstdefecationtime,postoperativecatheterremovaltimeandpostoperativefeedingtimeinthestudygroupwereshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).At3daftersurgery,theCD4+/CD8+andT-AOClevelinthestudygroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,thelevelofROSwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Theincidencesofurinarydysfunction,maleerectiledysfunctionandmaleejaculatorydysfunctioninthestudygroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe3Dlaparoscopicradicalresectionofsigmoidcolon-rectalcancerinthetreatmentofsigmoid3D与2D腹腔镜下乙状结肠-直肠癌...
