第52卷第8期2023年8月人工晶体学报JOURNALOFSYNTHETICCRYSTALSVol.52No.8August,2023Dy、Lu掺杂对TSAG晶体磁光特性影响研究张榕贵1,陈腾波2,李来超2,李玉虎1,马艳丽1(1.江西理工大学冶金工程学院,赣州341000;2.厦门大学,厦门361005)摘要:Tb3ScxAl5-xO12(TSAG)晶体是一种性能优异的磁光晶体材料,解决大尺寸TSAG晶体生长过程中开裂问题对高功率磁光隔离器的应用有着重要的意义。本文采用提拉法晶体生长技术,考察了稀土离子Dy、Lu在晶体生长过程中的分凝规律,分析了Dy、Lu掺杂对TSAG晶体性能的影响。结果表明,Dy、Lu掺杂有助于解决大尺寸TSAG晶体的开裂问题,生长的TSAG晶体均具有良好的内部质量,且所得晶体消光比均大于33dB。Lu掺杂对TSAG晶体的维尔德常数有一定提升,而Dy掺杂则对TSAG晶体的维尔德常数提升无明显作用。Dy、Lu共掺的TSAG晶体磁光性能与TSAG基本相近,所制备晶体均满足高功率激光隔离器生产要求。关键词:稀土掺杂;磁光晶体;提拉法;铽钪铝石榴石;分凝中图分类号:O782文献标志码:A文章编号:1000-985X(2023)08-1407-06EffectofDyandLuDopingonMagneto-OpticalPropertiesofTSAGCrystalZHANGRonggui1,CHENTengbo2,LILaichao2,LIYuhu1,MAYanli1(1.SchoolofMetallurgicalEngineering,JiangxiUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Ganzhou341000,China;2.XiamenUniversity,Xiamen361005,China)Abstract:Tb3ScxAl5-xO12(TSAG)crystalisamagnetoopticalcrystalmaterialwithexcellentperformance.Solvingthecrackingproblemduringthegrowthoflarge-sizedTSAGcrystalisofgreatsignificanceforitsapplicationinhigh-powermagneto-opticalisolators.ThesegregationlawofDyandLuduringthecrystalgrowthprocesswithCzochralskimethodwasinvestigated,andtheeffectofDyandLudopingonthecrystalpropertiesTSAGwerealsoclarified.TheresultsindicatethatDyandLudopingarehelpfultosolvethecrackingproblemoflarge-sizedTSAGcrystal.TheobtainedTSAGcrystalshavegoodinternalquality,andtheresultingextinctionratiosareallgreaterthan33dB.LudopingimprovestheVerdeconstantofTSAGcrystals,whileDydopinghasnosignificanteffectontheVerdeconstantofTSAGcrystals.Themagneto-opticalpropertiesofDyandLuco-dopedTSAGcrystalsarebasicallysimilartothoseofTSAG,andthepreparedcrystalsmeettherequirementsforhigh-powerlaserisolators.Keywords:rareearthdoping;...
