临床医学研究与实践2023年9月第8卷第26期消毒供应中心是医院的一个特殊科室，其主要作用是清洗、消毒医疗器械以及医疗用品，为医院各科室提供无菌器材等，在控制院内感染方面起着关键性作用[1]。医疗器械若是没有彻底进行消毒灭菌，容易发生医院感染，且物品供应不足也会影响医院正常运行，延误患者的正常诊疗。因此做好对消毒供应ApplicationeffectofstandardprocessmanagementindisinfectionandsterilizationworkofmedicaldevicesTANGHaixia,YANGHuan*(People'sHospitalofTongchuan,Tongchuan727000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToanalyzetheapplicationeffectofstandardprocessmanagementindisinfectionandsterilizationworkofmedicaldevices.MethodsAtotalof36disinfectionsupplycenterstaffand500medicaldevicesinourhospitalfromApril2019toApril2020wereincludedinthecontrolgroup,and36disinfectionsupplycenterstaffand500medicaldevicesinourhospitalfromMay2020toApril2021wereincludedinthestudygroup.Thecontrolgroupcarriedoutroutineprocessmanagement,andthestudygroupcarriedoutstandardprocessmanagement.Themanagementeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThequalifiedratesofrecycling,cleaning,packaging,disinfectionandsterilizationofmedicaldeviceinthestudygroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Thedisinfectioneffectofmedicaldevicesinthestudygroupwasbetterthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Thescoresofpackagingquality,equipmentdisassemblyquality,cleaningprocessandcleaningqualityinthestudygroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Thescoresofmedicaldevicehandoverability,riskidentificationability,riskpreventionabilityandmanagementserviceconsciousnessinthestudygroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ConclusionThestandardprocessmanagementhasasignificanteffectonthedisinfectionsupplycenter,whichisconducivetoimprovingthequalifiedrateofdisinfectionandsterilizationworkofmedicaldevices.KEYWORDS:disinfectionsupplycenter;standardprocessmanag...
