75天津滨海新区生态空间演变与治理机制研究│张子璇孙轩天津滨海新区生态空间演变与治理机制研究StudiesontheEcologicalSpaceEvolutionandGovernanceMechanisminTianjinBinhaiNewArea张子璇孙轩ZHANGZixuanSUNXuan文章编号：1009-6000(2022)12-0075-07中图分类号：TU984文献标识码：Bdoi：10.3969/j.issn.1009-6000.2022.12.011基金项目：国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目（202210055022）；国家自然科学基金项目（72074127）。作者简介：张子璇，南开大学周恩来政府管理学院，本科生；孙轩，通信作者，南开大学周恩来政府管理学院，副教授。摘要：城市生态空间在保障城市可持续发展方面发挥了巨大作用。文章基于随机森林算法，实现了1995年、2000年、2005年、2010年、2015年和2020年共6期天津滨海新区30m分辨率土地利用分类制图，与欧洲空间局土地覆盖产品的对比后，Kappa系数为0.78，达到了高度的一致性。通过计算土地利用转移矩阵对1995至2020年间滨海新区土地利用变化进行定量分析，结果表明：在25年间，滨海新区的水体和耕地大幅向城镇建筑用地和裸地转移，且呈现先快后缓的趋势。在此基础上，文章从优化新区生态空间格局、加大生态系统修复能力和强化治理体系与能力方面提出相应建议。关键词：土地利用；生态空间；土地覆盖；高分辨卫星；随机森林算法Abstract:Urbanecologicalspacehasplayedagreatroleinensuringurbansustainabledevelopment.Byrandomforestalgorithm,thispaperextracts30mresolutionlanduseclassificationmapsofTianjinBinhaiNewAreain1995,2000,2005,2010,2015and2020respectively.ThecomparisonwithESAlandcoverproductsshowsthattheKappacoefficientis0.78,whichreachesahighdegreeofconsistency.Secondly,thispapermakesaquantitativeanalysisofthelandusechangeinBinhaiNewAreafrom1995to2020bycalculatingthelandusetransfermatrix.Theresultsshowthatinthepast25years,thewaterbodyandcultivatedlandinBinhaiNewAreahavesignificantlytransformedtourbanconstructionlandandbareland,withalogarithmicgrowthtrend.Onthisbasis,thispaperputsforwardcorrespondingsuggestionsfromtheaspectsofoptimizingtheecologicalspatialpatternofthenewarea,increasingthecapacityofecosystemrestorationandstrengtheningthegovernancesystemandcapacity.Keywords:landuse;ecologicalspace;landcover;highresolutionsatellite;...
