第39卷第2期2023年2月长春中医药大学学报JournalofChangchunUniversityofChineseMedicineVol.39No.2Feb.2023—139—DOI:10.13463/j.cnki.cczyy.2023.02.006新安医家孙文胤《丹台玉案》辨治中风特色刘佳，胡建鹏*（安徽中医药大学新安医学教育部重点实验室，合肥230031）摘要：《丹台玉案》为新安医家孙文胤所著，书中孙文胤从病因病机、辨证思路、治则治法等方面对中风进行阐述。病因病机方面，孙文胤继承外风“内虚邪中”之说，兼收内风“痰邪为患”理论，指出中风属本虚标实，积虚为本，风痰为标；辨证思路方面，提出先辨中风与类中风之异，后辨中风病位有脏腑经脉之殊，病情危重有中风六绝、一中即死之象；治则治法方面，遵循标本缓急原则，急则攻痰祛风，先治标实，缓则审识经脉，兼顾标本，愈后谨守禁忌，预防复中。孙文胤辨治中风博采众说而有所发微，言近旨远，可为后世中风理论和临床诊疗提供参考与借鉴。关键词：新安医家；中风；孙文胤中图分类号：R255.2文献标志码：A文章编号：2095-6258(2023)02-0139-04CharacteristicsofstrokedifferentiationandtreatmentinDanTaiYuAnbyXin'anphysicianSunWenyinLIUJia,HUJianpeng*(Ministry-of-EducationKeyLaboratoryofXin'anMedicine,AnhuiUniversityofChineseMedicine,Hefei230031,China)Abstract:DanTaiYuAn,writtenbytheXin'anphysicianSunWenyin,elaboratesonstrokefromtheaspectsofetiologyandpathogenesis,syndromedifferentiationandtreatmentprinciplesandmethods.Foretiologyandpathogenesis,SunWenyininheritsthetheoryof"internaldeficiencyleadingtoastroke"intheexogenouswind,andalsoacceptsthetheoryof"pathogenicphlegmcausingillness"intheendogenouswind,pointingoutthatstrokeisrootedintheaccumulationofdeficiencyandmanifestedastheexcessivewindandphlegm.Forsyndromedifferentiation,heproposestodistinguishfirstthedifferencebetweenstrokeandparapoplexy,andthendistinguishthedifferentlocationsofvisceraandmeridiansinstroke,andlastidentifythesixextremelycriticalconditions,withanyoneofwhichonemaydieinonestroke.Foritstreatment,theauthorfollowstheprincipleofdispellingphlegmandwindinanacutecasewhileexamininganddifferentiatingsyndromesinmeridiansinachroniclecase,takingintoaccountboththerootcausesandsymptoms,andhestrictlyobservesfollow-up...
