第20卷第2期2023年2月铁道科学与工程学报JournalofRailwayScienceandEngineeringVolume20Number2February2023污泥焚烧灰对砂浆强度与干缩的影响及机理郭澍来,董荣珍,龙广成,常智杨,谢友均,曾晓辉,马昆林(中南大学土木工程学院,湖南长沙410075)摘要:为促进市政污水污泥废弃物在水泥基材料中的资源化高值利用,助力水泥基材料可持续发展,选用长沙市当地典型污水污泥废弃物制备污泥焚烧灰(SSA),通过砂浆强度及干燥收缩试验,结合X射线衍射、氮气吸附和扫描电镜测试方法,探讨不同污泥焚烧灰掺量及其与粉煤灰、矿渣粉复掺对砂浆强度与干缩性能影响规律及相应机理。试验结果表明,适量污泥焚烧灰可以较好地提高砂浆强度及强度增长速率,与水泥颗粒粒径相似的污泥焚烧灰等质量取代20%水泥,其90d龄期的强度效应因子可达1.2;污泥焚烧灰与粉煤灰、矿渣粉可发挥良好的协同效应,有利于提高砂浆强度,污泥焚烧灰与粉煤灰、矿渣粉三掺试件各龄期强度接近同掺量粉煤灰与矿渣粉双掺试件的结果;污泥焚烧灰对砂浆试件干缩变形有较好的抑制作用。结合水泥-污泥焚烧灰样品水化产物和微观结构分析结果可知,污泥焚烧灰在砂浆中可发挥显著的火山灰效应,促进水泥水化,增加体系中单硫型水化硫铝酸钙晶体相,并减少50nm以上的毛细孔,从而改善水泥基材料的性能及微结构。关键词:污泥焚烧灰;砂浆;强度;干缩;机理中图分类号:TU528;TU992.3文献标志码:A开放科学(资源服务)标识码(OSID)文章编号:1672-7029(2023)02-0576-11InfluenceandmechanismofsewagesludgeincinerationashonmortarstrengthanddryingshrinkageGUOShulai,DONGRongzhen,LONGGuangcheng,CHANGZhiyang,XIEYoujun,ZENGXiaohui,MAKunlin(SchoolofCivilEngineering,CentralSouthUniversity,Changsha410075,China)Abstract:Topromotetheresourcefulandhigh-valueutilizationofmunicipalsewagesludgewaste,andfurthercement-basedmaterialssustainabledevelopment,thesewagesludgeincinerationash(SSA)waspreparedbytypicalsewagesludgewastefromChangsha.TheinfluencesofSSAdosageandmixingSSAwithflyashandslagonmechanicalstrengthanddryingshrinkageofmortar,andcorrespondingmechanismwerestudiedbymacroandmicrotestsincludingX-raydiffraction,nitrogenadsorptionmethod,andscanningelectronmicroscopy.ThetestresultsshowthatSSAwithappropriatedosagecanimprovethestrengthofmort...
