当代体育科技(ContemporarySportsTechnology)2023年(第13卷)第6期探索与争鸣我国田径运动的研究综述与时代展望徐自宙(珠海市体育运动学校广东珠海519075)摘要：近30年间，我国田径项目取得了突飞猛进的发展。总结近年来中国田径运动的研究进展，科学评估目前田径研究情况，可以为未来田径事业的可持续发展提供不竭动力。该文通过检索近30来我国田径项目的科研论文，对当前田径运动的研究现状进行了梳理和总结。在田径项目发展趋势特征研究层面，目前世界田径运动竞技实力中心已由欧洲转向北美，不同项目间呈现不同的发展特征；在优秀运动员的经验分析研究层面，顶级运动员的案例分析是目前较为常见的研究范式，而对优秀运动员群体的经验分析更适合普通运动员；在先进训练方法与理念的研究层面，智能化的训练理念与全面化的训练监控是国内田径运动的主流发展趋势；在田径项目群众基础培养研究层面，应开展更多的群众田径赛事，激发更多参与者的兴趣爱好，并保障青少年田径运动员的科学化训练。关键词：田径运动科学训练研究综述时代展望中图分类号：G82-4文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-2813(2023)06-0180-04ReviewoftheResearchonTrackandFieldinChinaandtheProspectoftheTimesXUZizhou(ZhuhaiSportsSchool,Zhuhai,GuangdongProvince,519075China)Abstract:Inthepast30years,China'strackandfieldeventshavemaderapiddevelopment.ItcanprovideinexhaustiblepowerforthesustainabledevelopmentoftrackandfieldinthefuturetosummarizetheresearchprogressoftrackandfieldinChinainrecentyearsandscientificallyevaluatethecurrentresearchsituationoftrackandfield.ThispapersortsoutandsummarizesthecurrentresearchstatusoftrackandfieldthroughtheretrievalofscientificresearchpapersontrackandfieldeventsinChinainthepast30years.Attheresearchlevelofthedevelopmenttrendcharacteristicsoftrackandfieldevents,atpresent,thecompetitivepowercenteroftheworldtrackandfieldhaschangedfromEuropetoNorthAmerica,anddifferenteventsshowdifferentdevelopmentcharacteristics.Attheresearchlevelonexperienceanalysisofexcellentathletes,thecaseanalysisoftopathletesisamorecommonresearchparadigmatpresent,andtheexperienceanalysisofexcellentathletesismoresuitableforordinaryathletes.Attheresearchlevelofadvancedtrainingmethodsandconce...
