EffectofaddingH2onlaminarcombustioncharacteristicsofbiomassgasWANGFa-hui1,CHENYa-ning1,ZHANGDan2,WENXiao-ping1,ZHANGAn-chao1(1SchoolofMechanicalandPowerEngineering,HenanPolytechnicUniversity,Jiaozuo454000,Henan,China;2SchoolofCivilEngineering,HenanPolytechnicUniversity,Jiaozuo454000,Henan,China)Abstract:TostudytheeffectofH2onlaminarcombustioncharacteristicsofbiomassgas,hydrogen-dopedbiomassgas/aircombustionexperimentswerecarriedoutwithvolumefractions7.15%-33.15%hydrogenatanequivalentratioequalto0.6-1.4.Theseexperimentswereinaconstantvolumeburningbombwithaninnerdiameterandlengthof200mmandtheignitionpositionwasinthecenter.Ignitionelectrodesweremodifiedbywelding0.45mmtungstenwirewithtwoceramicsingle-stageignitionrods,whichisthemaincomponentofahigh-energypulseelectronicigniter.Premixedgaswasobtainedbypartialpressuremethodandkeptstillfor10minutes,andtriggerthehigh-speedcameraasplitsecondbeforeignitiontoobtainpicturesoftheflamepropagationprocess.AnalyzedthechangesofchemicalreactionpathsataddinghydrogenthroughChemkin-Pro.TheresultsshowthattheadditionofH2promotesthelaminarburningvelocityofbiomassgas/air,leancombustionsidesmoothgrowthwhilerichsidesignificantly,andtheinstabilityoftheflamewiththeincreaseofH2volumefractionincreased;Theincreaseofmainfreeradicalsintheflamestructureismainchemicalkineticsreasonforthegrowthinlaminarburningvelocity;TheoxidationofCH4determinesthespeedoftheoverallcombustionreaction,theincreaseofH2mainlypromotestheoxidationofCH4andCOinthreeroutes.OneistheprocessofpromotingtheoxidationofCOintoCO2,whichbelongstotheterminationreaction.TheotheristopromotetheoxidationprocessoftheCHgroup,andtheCHgroupandO2togethertoformtheHCOgroup.ThethirdisthefurtheroxidationoftheHCOgroupfromHO2,anditisalsothemostimportantprocess;ThefrequentparticipationofO2intheoxidationpathisthereasonforthesignificantincreaseinthelaminarburningvelocityonthefuel-richside.Keywords:environmentalengineering;biomassgas;combustioncharacteristic;reactionpath文章...
