当代体育科技(ContemporarySportsTechnology)2023年(第13卷)第6期社会体育学健身跑对大学生健康体适能的影响姚焜潇彭发胜(广西科技大学体育学院广西柳州545006)摘要:目的:通过健身跑运动干预,分析健身跑对大学生身体成分、肌肉适能、心肺适能以及柔韧适能的影响,探究健身跑对大学生健康体适能的影响。方法:选取广西科技大学30名非体育专业在校生作为实验对象,其中男、女生各15名。对受试者进行16周的运动干预,每周运动不低于4次,每次运动不低于30min。统计健身跑运动前后健康体适能相关指标的变化,并进行对比性分析。结论:经过健身跑运动训练,受试者身体成分均得到微小的改善,但与实验前相比不具有显著性差异(P>0.05),健身跑训练能够增强大学生的下肢力量和肌肉耐力,但对上肢力量的影响不明显;男生和女生坐位体前屈成绩均值与实验前相比具有显著性差异,说明健身跑可以提高柔韧适能(P<0.05);实验后受试者安静心率下降,肺活量增加(P<0.05),说明健身跑运动能够提高大学生心肺适能。关键词:健身跑运动干预大学生健康体适能中图分类号:G822文献标识码:A文章编号:2095-2813(2023)06-0080-05EffectofFitnessRunningonCollegeStudents'Health-RelatedPhysicalFitnessYAOKunxiaoPENGFasheng(SchoolofPhysicalEducation,GuangxiUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Liuzhou,GuangxiZhuangAutonomousRegion,545006China)Abstract:Objective:Throughthesportinterventionoffitnessrunning,theeffectoffitnessrunningoncollegestudents'bodycomposition,musclefitness,cardiopulmonaryfitnessandflexibilityfitnessisanalyzed,andtheeffectoffitnessrunningoncollegestudents'health-relatedphysicalfitnessisexplored.Methods:30non-sportsmajorstudentsinGuangxiUniversityofScienceandTechnologywereselectedasexperimentalsubjects,including15boystudentsand15girlstudents.Thesubjectsweregiventhesportinterventionfor16weeks,withexercisenolessthanfourtimesaweekandnolessthan30minuteseachtime.Thechangesofrelevantindicatorsofhealth-relatedphysicalfitnessbeforeandafterfitnessrunningwascounted,andcomparativeanalysiswascarriedout.Conclusion:Afterfitnessrunningtraining,thesubjects'bodycompositionwasslightlyimproved,buttherewasnosignificantdifferencecomparedwiththatbeforetheexperiment(P>0.05).Fitn...
