临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期ClinicaleffectofPingqiYangshendecoctioninthetreatmentofhypertensionwithsleepdisorderofliver-YanghyperactivitytypeZHANGXingbang1,TONGWan2,LIXueling2*(1.AnhuiUniversityofChineseMedicine,Hefei230038;2.No.1WardofCardiovascularInternalMedicineDepartment,theFirstAffiliatedHospitalofAnhuiUniversityofChineseMedicine,Hefei230031,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheclinicaleffectofPingqiYangshendecoctioninthetreatmentofhypertensionwithsleepdisorderofliver-Yanghyperactivitytype.MethodsFromJunetoDecember2021,60patientswithhypertensionandsleepdisordertreatedintheFirstAffiliatedHospitalofAnhuiUniversityofChineseMedicinewereselectedanddividedintocontrolgroupandtreatmentgroupaccordingtotheprincipleofrandomcontrol,with30casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithconventionalantihypertensivedrugs(levamlodipinebesylatetablets)combinedwithbenzodiazepinesedativeandhypnoticdrugs(estazolamtablets),thetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithPingqiYangshendecoctiononthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentofthetreatmentgroupwas96.67%,whichwashigherthan80.00%ofthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,theTCMsyndromescoreofthetwogroupswaslowerthanthatbeforetreatment,andthatinthetreatmentgroupwaslowerthanthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thesystolicbloodpressure,diastolicbloodpressureandscoresofPittsburghSleepQualityIndex(PSQI)inthetwogroupsdecreased,andthoseinthetreatmentgroupwerelowerthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionPingqiYangshendecoctioniseffectiveintreatinghypertensionwithsleepdisorderofliver-Yanghyperactivitytype.KEYWORDS:PingqiYangshendecoction;liver-Yanghyperactivitytype;hypertension;sleepdisorders平气养神汤治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病合并睡眠障碍的临床效果张兴邦1，仝婉2，李雪苓2*（1.安徽中医药大学，安徽合肥，230038；2.安徽中医药大学第一附属医院心血管内科一病区，安徽合肥，230031）摘要：目的探讨平...
