-13-第46卷第3期非金属矿Vol.46No.32023年5月Non-MetallicMinesMay,2023插层改性对钠基蒙脱石湿效应的影响分析杨春*(安徽工业大学建筑工程学院,安徽马鞍山243032)摘要以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和浓盐酸为改性剂,采用离子交换法对钠基蒙脱石进行插层改性。采用X射线衍射仪和氮吸附技术对钠基蒙脱石的层间距、比表面积、孔隙结构等进行表征测试,利用等温吸放湿法测试样品的吸湿性能,并进行理论计算。结果表明,CTAB与浓盐酸能够进入到蒙脱石的层间,发生阳离子交换反应,改性后钠基蒙脱石的层间距增加到1.910nm,同时浓盐酸能够改善钠基蒙脱石的孔隙结构,使其比表面积由3.542m2/g增加至13.192m2/g。改性后蒙脱石的吸湿性能得到改善。在中高相对湿度下,钠基蒙脱石的吸湿量主要由中孔范围内的孔隙率决定,相对湿度为97.30%时,吸湿量达到0.0845g/g。关键词钠基蒙脱石;孔结构;氮吸附;吸湿性能中图分类号:O65;P574文献标志码:A文章编号:1000-8098(2023)03-0013-05AnalysisoftheEffectofIntercalatedModificationontheMoistureofNa-MontmorilloniteYangChun*(SchoolofCivilEngineeringandArchitecture,AnhuiUniversityofTechnology,Maanshan,Anhui243032)AbstractUsingcetyltrimethylammoniumbromide(CTAB)andconcentratedhydrochloricacidasmodifiertointercalatemodifiedNa-montmorillonitebyionexchangemethod.X-raydiffractometerandN2adsorptiontechnologywereusedtocharacterizethelamellarspacing,specificsurfacearea,andporestructure.Themoistureadsorptionpropertyofthesampleswastestedbyisothermalabsorption/desorptionmethodandtheresultswerecalculatedtheoretically.TheresultsshowedthatCTABandconcentratedhydrochloricacidcouldenterintotheinterlaminationofNa-montmorilloniteandproducedcationexchangereaction,whichmakethelamellarspacingincreaseto1.910nm.Moreover,concentratedhydrochloricacidcouldimprovetheporestructureofNa-montmorillonite,thespecificsurfaceareareachedto13.192m2/gfrom3.542m2/g.ThemoistureadsorptionpropertyofmodifiedNa-montmorillonitewasclearlyincreased.Undermidandhighrelativehumidity,themainfactordeterminingthemoisturecontentofNa-Montmorillonitewastheporosityinmesoporerange,themoistureadsorptionreachedto0.0845g/gwhentherelativehumiditywas97.30%.Keyw...
