成都中医药大学学报(教育科学版)JournalofChengduUniversityofTCM(EducationScienceEdition)·38·2023年3月第25卷第1期Mar.2023,Vol.25,No.1陈杰徐可郭仕琪(1.盐城市中医院肛肠科,江苏盐城224000;2.南京中医药大学盐城附属医院肛肠科,江苏盐城224000)【摘要】目的探讨PBL教学法在肛肠科中医规培带教换药中的应用。方法选择于我院肛肠科轮转的中医规培生64人,分为对照组与观察组各32人,对照组实行传统教学方法,观察组实行PBL教学方法。于出科前进行换药的理论与技能考核,并对教学方法进行评估;判断两组中医规培生对教学方法、教学结果、教学内容的满意度;带教老师对于中医规培生的认可情况进行比较。结果观察组的理论与技能考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对于肛肠科换药带教的教学方法、教学结果及教学内容的满意度均优于对照组,观察组的自主学习能力、临床思维能力、分析解决问题能力、交流能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法在肛肠科中医规培带教换药中意义重大,能提高中医规培生的学习能力。【关键词】PBL教学;肛肠科;中医规培;换药【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationofPBLteachingmethodinanorectaltraditionalChinesemedicinetraininganddressingchange.MethodsAtotalof64TCMtrainingstudentsintheAnorectalDepartmentofourhospitalwereselectedanddividedintothecontrolgroupandtheobservationgroup,32peopleineachgroup.Thecontrolgrouppracticedthetraditionalteachingmethod,andtheobservationgrouppracticedthePBLteachingmethod.Beforeleavingthedepartment,thetheoryandskillsofdressingchangewereassessed,andtheteachingmethodswereevaluated;thesatisfactionofthetwogroupsofTCMpractitionerswiththeteachingmethods,teachingresults,andteachingcontentwasjudged;theteacher'sapprovaloftheTCMpractitionersCompare.ResultsThetheoreticalandskilltestscoresoftheobservationgroupwerebetterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Theobservationgroup'ssatisfactionwiththeteachingmethods,teachingresultsandteachingcontentofanorectaldressingchangeteachingwerebetterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,andtheindependentlearningability,clinicalthinkingability,analysisandproblem-solvingabil...
