广西农学报JournalofGuangxiAgriculture第38卷第2期Vol.38，No.22023年4月April，202350广西部分地区黑山羊肠道寄生虫感染情况调查周天政居融程李凤梅肖华春彭健波（广西农业职业技术大学，广西南宁530007）摘要：【目的】了解广西部分地区黑山羊肠道寄生虫的感染情况。【方法】采用饱和食盐水漂浮、离心沉淀等方法对采自广西百色、贵港部分地区黑山羊养殖场的305份黑山羊粪便样品进行肠道寄生虫病原学检查。【结果】黑山羊肠道寄生虫总感染率为81.64%，其中球虫（Coccidioides）感染率为66.23%、毛圆科线虫（Trichostrongyle）感染率为43.93%，二者为优势虫种。此外还发现阿米巴原虫（Amoeba）、莫妮茨绦虫（MonizTaenia）、吸虫（Trematode）等寄生虫。随着年龄的增长，黑山羊肠道寄生虫感染率逐步降低，散养方式的感染率明显高于圈养，但不同性别间的肠道寄生虫感染率差异不显著。【结论】黑山羊肠道寄生虫感染较为普遍，在日常疾病防控中应考虑球虫和毛圆科线虫的防治，注意不同年龄阶段、饲养方式等影响因素。关键词：黑山羊；肠道寄生虫；感染；调查中图分类号：S851.34+7.1文献标识号：A文章编号：1003-4374（2023）02-0050-06InvestigateInfectiononIntestinalParasitesofBlackGoatsinSomeAreasofGuangxiZhouTian-zheng,JuRong-cheng,LiFeng-mei,XiaoHua-chun,PengJian-bo（GuangxiVocationalUniversityofAgriculture,Nanning,Guangxi530007,China）Abstract:【Objective】TocomprehendtheinfectionofintestinalparasitesinblackgoatsinsomeareasofGuangxi.【Method】Atotalof305fecalsamplesofblackgoatscollectedfromblackgoatfarmsinBaiseandGuigangofGuangxiwereexaminedforintestinalparasitesbysaturatedsaltwaterflotationandcentrifugation.【Result】Thetotalinfectionrateofintestinalparasitesinblackgoatswas81.64%,ofwhichtheinfectionrateofcoccidioideswas66.23%andtheinfectionrateoftrichostrongylewas43.93%.Inaddition,parasitessuchasamoeba,moniztaenia,andtrematodewerealsofound.Withtheincreaseofage,theinfectionrateofintestinalparasitesinblackgoatsgraduallydecreased,andtheinfectionrateoffree-rangemodewassignificantlyhigherthanthatofcaptivemode,buttherewasnosignificantdifferenceintheinfectionrateofintestinalparasitesbetweendifferentgenders.【Conclusion】Theinfectionofintestinalparasites...
