总第195期Abstract:Inordertoapplyultrasonicdetectiontechnologytocement-stabilizedbasematerials,theultrasonicwavevelocityofce-ment-stabilizedmunicipalsolidwasteincinerationbottomashbasemixtureatdifferentages,stagesandstateswasmeasuredbynon-metallicultrasonicdetector.Thevariationlawofwavevelocityofmixtureandthecorrelationbetweenwavevelocityandmixturestrengthwereanalyzed.Therelationshipbetweenwavevelocityandmixturestrengthwasestablished,andthestrengthofmixturewaspredictedbytheestablishedrelationship.Theresultsshowthatthewavevelocityofthemixturedecreaseswiththeincreaseofbottomashcontent.Theultrasonicwavevelocitycanreflecttheinternalchangesofthemixturetoacertainextent,andthedenserthemixture,thehigherthewavevelocity.Thereisagoodcorrelationbetweenthewavevelocityvariationlawandthemixturestrength,andthewavevelocitycanbeusedtocalculatethemechanicalpropertiesofbasesofdifferentagesinlaboratorytestsandfieldtests.Theresearchresultshaveacertainreferencevalueforthequalityinspectionofcement-stabilizedbase,andalsotryanewmethodforevaluatingtheperformanceofcement-stabilizedbasematerials.Keywords:roadengineering,municipalsolidwasteincinerationbottomash,cement-stabilizedbase,ultrasonicwavevelocity文章编号:1005-0574-(2023)03-0001-04DOI:10.19332/j.cnki.1005-0574.2023.03.001超声波检测技术在水泥稳定炉渣基层中的应用时成林1,李佳1,韩红2,张健3(1.吉林建筑大学交通科学与工程学院,吉林长春130118;2.长春市公路管理处,吉林长春130021;3.吉林省交通运输综合行政执法局长春分局,吉林长春130028)摘要:为了将超声波检测技术应用于水泥稳定基层材料,利用非金属超声波探测仪,测定了水泥稳定生活垃圾焚烧炉渣基层混合料不同龄期、不同阶段和不同状态下的超声波波速,分析了混合料波速变化规律和波速与混合料强度的相关性,建立了波速与混合料强度的关系式,并通过建立的关系式预测混合料的强度。结果表明:随着炉渣掺量增加,混合料的波速降低,超声波波速能在一定程度上反应混合料内部的变化情况,混合料越密实则波速越高;波速变化规律与混合料强度有较好的相关性,可以用波速推算室内试验和现场检测时不同龄期基层的力学性能,对水泥稳定基层质...
