临床医学研究与实践2023年4月第8卷第12期Effectsofliraglutidecombinedwithdapagliflozinonbloodglucosefluctuation,medicationsafety,HSP60andNesfatin-1levelsinelderlypatientswithtype2diabetesmellitusBAIYan,LIMingming*(XingyuanHospitalofYulin,Yulin719000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectsofliraglutidecombinedwithdapagliflozinonbloodglucosefluctuation,medicationsafety,heatshockprotein60(HSP60)andNesfatin-1levelsinelderlypatientswithtype2diabetesmellitus.MethodsNinety-sixelderlypatientswithtype2diabetesmellitusadmittedinourhospitalfromMay2019toMarch2021wereselectedanddividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccordingtotheorderofadmission,with48casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithdapagliflozin,andtheobservationgroupwastreatedwithliraglutidecombinedwithdapagliflozin.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAftertreatment,thelevelsoffastingplasmaglucose(FPG),2hpostprandialbloodglucose(2hPG),totalcholesterol(TC)andtriglyceride(TG)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelsofmeanbloodglucose(MBG),standarddeviationofbloodglucose(SDBG),largestamplitudeofglycemicexcursions(LAGE)andpostprandialglucoseexcursion(PPGE)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelsofadiponectinandnitricoxide(NO)intheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,whilethelevelofendothelin(ET)waslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Therewerenostatisticallysignificantdifferencesintheincidencesofgastrointestinaldiscomfort,dizziness,hypoglycemiaandrash,andtotalincidenceofadversereactionsbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelsofHSP60andNesfatin-1intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionLiraglutidecombinedwithdapagliflozininthetreatmentofelderlypatientswithtype2diabetesmellituscanhelptodecreasebloodglucoseandbloodlipidlevels,reducebloodglucosefluctuation,improveadiponectinandvascularendothelialfunctionindexes,andreduceHSP60andNesfatin...
