静脉产业园餐厨垃圾协同处理项目及运行优势分析杨德坤,龙吉生,刘殊嘉(上海康恒环境股份有限公司,上海201703)【摘要】针对餐厨垃圾处理项目存在投资运行成本高、占地面积大、盈利难等问题,提出静脉产业园餐厨垃圾协同处理模式,即餐厨垃圾处理项目依托生活垃圾焚烧厂建设,采用“预处理+协同处理”工艺实现与生活垃圾焚烧厂的协同处理。以山东省某静脉产业园内餐厨垃圾协同处理项目为例,介绍了以“物料接收+分拣+制浆+除砂除杂+三相提油”为主体的餐厨垃圾预处理工艺,分析了运行数据,比较了协同处理与单独厌氧两种工艺的运行经济性及碳减排情况。结果表明:该项目预处理工艺运行稳定,运行期间设备产能可达到11t/h,油脂、残渣和浆液平均产率分别为2.87%、36.56%和74.40%;水、电、蒸汽吨垃圾耗量基本满足设计要求,平均耗量分别为0.09t、18.93kWh、0.06t;100t/d餐厨垃圾协同处理较单独厌氧处理优势明显,运行费用可节省36.30%;与单独厌氧处理相比,协同处理节省电力约237.17MWh/a,折合碳减排量可达168.84tCO2e/a。静脉产业园餐厨垃圾协同处理模式可作为后续餐厨垃圾处理项目推荐采用的优选方案。【关键词】餐厨垃圾;静脉产业园;协同处理;单独厌氧;运行优势中图分类号:X799.3文献标识码:A文章编号:1005-8206(2023)02-0095-06DOI:10.19841/j.cnki.hjwsgc.2023.02.015CaseStudyandOperationalAdvantageAnalysisofFoodWasteCo-processinginEco-IndustrialParkYANGDekun,LONGJisheng,LIUShujia(ShanghaiSUSEnvironmentCo.Ltd.,Shanghai201703)【Abstract】Aimingattheproblemsofhighinvestmentandoperationcost,largeareaoccupied,anddifficultyinmakingprofitsinthefoodwastetreatmentproject,aco-processingmodeoffoodwasteintheeco-industrialparkwasproposedinthisstudy.Thefoodwastetreatmentprojectreliedontheconstructionofmunicipalsolidwasteincinerationplantandadoptsthe“pretreatment+co-processing”processtorealizethecollaborativetreatmentwiththemunicipalsolidwasteincinerationplant.Afoodwasteco-processingprojectinaneco-industrialparkinShandongwastakenasanexample,thefoodwastepre-treatmentprocesswith“materialreceiving+sorting+pulping+sandremovalandimpurityremoval+three-phaseoilextraction”asthemainbodywasintroduced.Theoperatingdatawasanalyzed,theoperatingeconomicsandc...
