2023年第47卷第5期JournalofMechanicalTransmission基于正交试验的齿轮修形对RV减速器降噪研究刘文川张迎辉何卫东(大连交通大学机械工程学院,辽宁大连116028)摘要针对RV减速器运转过程中产生的噪声问题,对渐开线齿轮和摆线齿轮进行齿面修形,基于经验修形公式得到其修形量,建立正交试验表,以RV110E型减速器为研究对象,基于Recur⁃Dyn软件得到减速器在不同修形下的噪声值。结果显示,对于渐开线齿轮修形,RV减速器的降噪效果显著,最大噪声值减小了7.78dB(A)。利用Romax软件建立RV110E型减速器虚拟样机,导入渐开线齿轮修形参数,对比修形前后的仿真结果可知,组合修形后的渐开线齿轮传动误差减小,齿面单位长度载荷峰值减小,齿面偏载问题和噪声均得到改善,有效提高了减速器的传动平稳性。研究结果对不同型号的RV减速器齿轮修形有一定的借鉴意义。关键词RV减速器齿轮修形降噪ResearchonNoiseReductionofRVReducersbyGearModificationBasedontheOrthogonalTestLiuWenchuanZhangYinghuiHeWeidong(SchoolofMechanicalEngineering,DalianJiaotongUniversity,Dalian116028,China)AbstractInviewofthenoisegeneratedduringtheoperationoftheRVreducers,thetoothsurfaceoftheinvolutegearandthecycloidgeararemodified,themodificationamountisobtainedbasedontheempiricalmod⁃ificationformula,andtheorthogonaltesttableisestablished.WiththeRV110Etypereducerastheresearchob⁃ject,thenoisevalueofthereducerunderdifferentmodificationsisobtainedbasedontheRecurDynsoftware.TheresultsshowthatthenoisereductioneffectoftheRVreducerissignificantfortheinvolutegearmodifica⁃tion,andthemaximumnoisevalueisreducedby7.78dB(A).ThevirtualprototypeoftheRV110EtypereducerisbuiltwithRomaxsoftware,andtheparametersofinvolutegearmodificationareimported.Comparingthesimu⁃lationresultsbeforeandafterthemodification,itcanbeseenthatthetransmissionerrorofthecombinedmodi⁃fiedinvolutegearisreduced,thepeakloadperunitlengthofthetoothsurfaceisreduced,theproblemoftoothsurfaceoff-loadandnoiseareimproved,andthetransmissionstabilityofthereduceriseffectivelyimproved.TheresearchresultshavecertainreferencesignificanceforgearmodificationofdifferenttypesofRVreducers.KeywordsRVreducerGearmodificationNoisere...
