临床荟萃043Fertility&Health高通量血液透析对糖尿病肾病血透患者的临床观察周炎义山西省新绛县中医院，山西新绛043100【摘要】目的：分析高通量血液透析对于糖尿病肾病血透患者的应用价值。方法：以糖尿病肾病血透患者为主要研究对象，选取例数为50例，起始时间为2019年2月，终止时间为2020年4月，进行低通量血液透析的25例患者设为对照组，进行高通量血液透析的25例患者设为观察组，比较观察组以及对照组患者相关指标。结果：观察组以及对照组患者治疗1年以及治疗3年的血磷、甲状旁腺激素、Kt/v和C反应蛋白水平比较差异显著，治疗后，观察组1年生存率和3年生存率均高于对照组患者，且两组患者不良反应发生率分别为8.0%和32.0%，以上数据进行对比具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：糖尿病肾病血透患者采用高通量血液透析效果良好，可将毒素充分清除，有助于改善患者的不良预后。【关键词】高通量血透；糖尿病肾病；低通量血透；应用价值ClinicalobservationofhighfluxhemodialysisonhemodialysispatientswithdiabetesnephropathyZHOUYanyiXinjiangHospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicine,Shanxi,Xinjiang,Shanxi043100,China【Abstract】Objective:Toanalyzetheapplicationvalueofhighfluxhemodialysisinhemodialysispatientswithdiabetesnephropathy.Methods:Takinghemodialysispatientswithdiabetesnephropathyasthemainresearchobject,50caseswereselected,startinginFebruary2019andendinginApril2020,25patientswithlowfluxhemodialysisweresetasthecontrolgroup,and25patientswithhighfluxhemodialysisweresetastheobservationgroup,andtherelevantindicatorsoftheobservationgroupandthecontrolgroupwerecompared.Results:Thelevelsofserumphosphorus,parathyroidhormone,Kt/vandC-reactiveproteinofpatientsintheobservationgroupandthecontrolgroupweresignificantlydifferentafteroneyearandthreeyearsoftreatment,aftertreatment,the1-yearsurvivalrateand3-yearsurvivalrateintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andtheincidenceofadversereactionsofpatientsinthetwogroupswere8.0%and32.0%respectively,whichwasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Highfluxhemodialysisiseffectiveforhemodialysispatientswithdiabetesnephropathy,whichcanfullyeliminatetoxinsandimprovethepoorprognosisofpatient...
