第8卷第1期2023年2月分布式能源DistributedEnergyVol.8No.1Feb.2023DOI:10.16513/j.2096-2185.DE.2308108基于数值模拟的阻力转子风力发电机叶片近流场特性分析唐潘宇,吴俊杰,肖祥,秦子祥,谢占山,田乾,程海正,宋晨光(南通大学机械工程学院,江苏省南通市226019)摘要:为了提高阻力转子风力发电机的自启动性能和风能利用率,构建扭转角度为90°扭曲叶片,并基于非定常雷诺平均N-S模型和k-ωSST湍流模型,对扭曲叶片自启动到稳态运行过程进行了数值模拟,评估风力机近流场特征对转子性能影响。结果表明:扭转角度为90°扭曲叶片可以适应不同来流方向,这种翼型不仅提高了不同环境的适用性,而且还提高了自启动能力;同时,扭曲翼型可以有效防止流体从前向叶片和回流叶片的凹侧尖端逸出,有利于保持叶片凹凸两侧的压力差,并相应地增加能量转换;在回流叶片和前向叶片的叶尾均发现涡流,这种周期性的涡旋脱落易导致转子结构的振荡,诱发结构的疲劳失效。研究结论可为扭转式叶片的阻力转子风机研发提供有益的帮助。关键词:Savonius;湍流模型;压力场;扭曲叶片;数值模拟中图分类号:TK81文献标志码:AAnalysisofNearFlowFieldCharacteristicsofResistanceRotorWindTurbineBladesBasedonNumericalSimulationTANGPanyu,WUJunjie,XIAOXiang,QINZixiang,XIEZhanshan,TIANQian,CHENGHaizheng,SONGChenguang(SchoolofMechanicalEngineering,NantongUniversity,Nantong226019,JiangsuProvince,China)ABSTRACT:Inordertoimprovetheself-startingperformanceandwindenergyefficiencyofawindturbinewithadragrotor,atwistedbladewithatorsionangleof90°wasconstructed.BasedontheunsteadyreynoldsmeanN-Smodelandk-ωSSTturbulencemodel,theprocessfromself-startingtosteady-stateoperationofthetwistedbladewasnumericallysimulated,andtheinfluenceofthecharacteristicsofthewindturbinenear-flowfieldontherotorperformancewasevaluated.Theresultsshowthatthetwistedbladeswithtorsionangleof90°canadapttodifferentflowdirections.Thiskindofairfoilnotonlyimprovestheapplicabilityofdifferentenvironments,butalsoimprovestheself-startingability.Atthesametime,thedistortedairfoilcaneffectivelypreventthefluidfromescapingfromtheconcavetipoftheforwardbladeandthereturnblade,whichisbeneficialtomaintainthepressuredifferencebetweentheconcaveandconvexsidesoftheb...
